The room is large with a big size and has a clean condition. I appreciated the kind service and customer center for the hotel to offer to temporarily freshen the room even though it was three hours before check-in time. And they even provided a free upgrade for the room.

The room is spacious with a balcony, the facilities are good, calm and pleasant. Near the main city and in a central location. Food is something you have to manage by ordering from a small place but it's nice and delicious.

Overall a great experience and would definitely stay there again. Surya Kiran heritage carpal, panama pros, fab property, colonial heritage, sits in Carpal, excellent value for money room 102, I booked online about 500 nights. Friendly staff at check-in and for all work there is ample parking, quiet room, good ac, tea, coffee maker in the room with 2 bottles of water etc. However, internet must be faster as it is sometimes difficult to connect. The hotel lacked a reception the keys were usually taken by the security guard, but it was not a problem. I would be cautious as a solo woman traveller, perhaps?

We had a great time staying here because we liked the old Portuguese villas. The website doesn't say anything. The location was great, albeit not as tranquil as being claimed. The service was terrible, extremely slow, and unable to even coordinate coffee with breakfast. The claim that discreet background music makes the cafe a uniquely charming place is laughable. Dirty music, Adele, etc. would go on and on every morning, repeating throughout the day. Breakfast was a shambles. Very bad coffee, I saw a board advertising cappuccinos, etc. So I ordered one. This was a significant improvement, but at the end of the stay, they were added to my invoice. It appears that breakfast consists of inferior quality produce, such as tins, beer, and other items. You had to pay if you wanted fresh juice as well! Everything had a major garlic flavor! The building is beautiful, but it is poorly maintained. Mold, neglected plants, and some interesting furniture were all atypical, and frequently not in line with the property and definitely not genuine. The horribly unclean sofas in the guest lounge were removed to the garden for a sari sale in the lounge. Wireless internet was very slow. Throughout our three-night visit, room not cleaned once. There was just one bath towel, no hand towels, no pool towel, chairs
