There are only a few places that one would like to return to frequently for a good mix of reasons namely the service, tranquility, and delicious food! Qmin at the tatami kuta melaka is one such place. Its a place to entertain special guests and perfect for oneonone conversations. I wouldnt take a bunch of friends with me, even though i love them. This place is not your typical cafe, but it offers a great balance of elegance and ease. Its a treat to find a truly open, spacious, airy, and green place in melakas colaba. Tatas certainly live up to their reputation with topnotch service. I would pay a little more for the menu price only to have a delightfully peaceful and engaging conversation over kehwa or boiled ginger tea. This time, we tried the chicken and avocado on sourdough as a light snack to go along. We requested that the mayo be removed from the original recipe, and it was well replaced with a nice dash of mustard, which was pleasant to the palate. It could have been a little more dry, but overall it was tasty and nutritional value. My guest and i enjoyed the experience! Its a beautiful discovery in the heart of colaba, yet hidden away like a gem. Go!.
