I made a reservation for my parents. They had an absolutely phenomenal experience at this resort! From the moment they arrived, the staff's generous hospitality made them feel incredibly welcome. They were especially touched by the complimentary services provided to celebrate their anniversary. The attention to detail and the warm, friendly service throughout their stay truly exceeded their expectations. Thank you for making this occasion so memorable. They can't wait to return!

Had a wonderful stay at the Fern earlier this week. The hotel is about 7km from the Sardar Status and right opposite the train station. It's a well maintained property with swimming pool, gym and steam rooms. Beds were very comfortable and cozy, had a good night sleep. There is ample of space for parking and the front desk received us very well. Breakfast was the best part, there were plenty of options from cereals, wide variety of fruit to south Indian specials Idle and dosas. Overall had a plesant stay at the Fern, we will defintely return to this property in future.
