Non-resident guests shall not be allowed beyond the common areas.
We cannot guarantee accommodation in the same dorm room.
Allocation of a room in a specific private room category may vary depending on availability until the time of check-in.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and at the discretion of the management.
Parking is not available at our property.
Certain amenities like locks, bath kits, and towels are pay-as-you-go, allowing lower room prices and catering to diverse traveller preferences.
Toiletries are charged extra for the guest in the dorm room.
Guests are responsible for any damage except wear and tear and shall maintain room hygiene.
We kindly request guests to refrain from drug, alcohol use.
Violators will be promptly asked to leave and permanently blacklisted. Any form of misconduct towards fellow travellers, whether male or female, will result in immediate check-out from the premises.
This includes, but is not limited to, verbal abuse, harassment, physical intimidation, or any inappropriate behavior that disrupts the comfort, safety, or wellbeing of others.
The hostel is pet-friendly. However, pets are allowed in private rooms only. Pets are strictly not allowed in the dorms.
Any damages, in case, incurred during the stay shall be attributable to the pet owners.Discount coupons will not be applicable if the guest requests an upgrade.
Only female guests are permitted to check into the female dorm. If a male guest books this room type, check-in will be denied as per policy. No refund will be issued if the booking falls outside the cancellation policy period.
Possession, consumption, or distribution of illegal drugs and narcotic substances is prohibited. Alcohol consumption is not permitted. Smoking is allowed only in designated smoking areas within the premises. A penalty of INR 2,000 per incident may apply for violations. Repeated violations, misconduct, or non-compliance may result in immediate termination of stay without refund.
The property does not provide on-site parking. Taxis and private vehicles can access the main road, which is a 2-minute hike from the property. Vehicles may be parked on the main road at the owner’s risk. Secured parking is available in Dharamshala, 12 km away. Local taxis are available from Dharamshala to the property. Guests are advised to plan transportation and parking arrangements in advance.

The property is accessible by road. Please note that due to ongoing road construction in the area, there is currently an approximately 4 km unpaved/off-road stretch before reaching the property. Most vehicles can comfortably navigate this section; however, guests are advised to drive cautiously and allow some extra travel time for their journey.
Please note that any changes in tax structure due to government policies will result in revised taxes, which will be applicable to all reservations and will be charged additionally during check out.
