Consumption or possession of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited on the property. Any guest found violating this policy will be required to vacate the premises immediately and may be permanently blacklisted from all future stays.
The property also reserves the right to ask guests to leave without refund for non-compliance with general policies, misbehavior (including physical, verbal, or mental abuse), theft, vandalism, trespassing, non-payment or delayed payment, or any actions causing inconvenience to others.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability, at the discretion of management, and may incur additional charges.
For group bookings of 2 or more guests, the property do not guarantee that all guests will be accommodated in the same dorm room. Room allocation is automated and subject to availability and floor arrangements. Right of admission is reserved.

If guest arrive before check-in time, guest may wait in the common area or café. For arrivals as early as 7:00 AM, the property recommend booking a bed or room for the previous night.
Only female guests are permitted in female dormitories. Male guests who book this room type will be denied check-in as per policy.

The Hosteller is a chain of backpacker hostels and is well suited for young backpacking travellers. In line with the property's brand positioning and community-living model, the property do not recommend families and do not permit guests below the age of 18 years.
Admission of minors, including infants and children under 18 years of age, is not allowed even when accompanied by legal guardians.
The property is not responsible for loss of personal belongings. Guests are responsible for securing their valuables.
This property is pet-friendly for guests staying in private rooms only. Pets are not permitted in dormitory rooms.
Any damages caused during the stay will be the responsibility of the pet owner.
This property operates on a lean hospitality model, focusing on self-service and essential amenities to keep accommodation costs affordable. To promote responsible energy usage, designated energy-saving hours are followed at properties where air conditioning is provided as an amenity. Air conditioning in dormitory rooms will be non-operational between 11:00 AM and 02:00 PM, while air conditioning in common areas will be non-operational between 04:00 AM and 07:00 AM. During the dormitory energy-saving hours, air-conditioned common areas will remain available for guest comfort.
