- Guests must provide a valid ID Proof such as Aadhar Card or PAN Card only upon check-in. - The property does not accept Driving License or any other forms of ID as a valid proof of identity. - The property only accepts payment links such as PayZap, NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, or QR codes for transactions through HDFC or KOTAK bank details.- All card payments required to provide an email confirmation to indicate approval on authorizing the charge on their credit/debit card. Name on the card need to match the registration name.

All our rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited in guest rooms, public areas, and non-designated smoking areas. A cleansing fee of Rs. 10,000/- shall be levied should guests fail to adhere to the non-smoking policy of the hotel.
Guests are allowed to bring only one bottle of liquor from outside per room. Please note that beer, breezers, and other soft beverages are not allowed at this property. Guests can use the property's bar, Upper Deck, at the lobby level.
Hookah is not allowed on hotel premises for the Resort.

The rates which are displayed are only for Individual leisure travelers and do not apply to a Group and Banquet bookings such as Conference, Weddings, etc. In case of any such practice, the Management has the right to cancel such bookings without any prior notice, without assigning any reasons whatsoever and without refund.
The room rate of December 31, is inclusive of gala dinner.

During the monsoons from approximately 1st June to 15th October, the hotel will seal the balcony doors of all our Deluxe Sea Facing Rooms for security reasons.
From first 1st April, we are in process of giving our resort a Facelift. Some facilities may be temporarily limited during this period, and intermittent noise may be experienced between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM
