Excellent staff all around. Front desk is excellent for friendliness, courteous and forthcoming to assist in all aspects. The restaurant serves excellent meals. It is under utilized especially in the evening. Suggested that they have half-board offers with dinner included with traditional theme nights. This would encourage guests to stay in-doors during cold evenings.

We stayed at the hotel for six nights and we were really happy with the comfort, ambience and the friendly and helpful staff who took care of everything. Food at the restaurant was excellent and an ideal hotel for people with families and small kids. We plan to visit the same hotel again during winters. Great place and wonderful place. Keep it up !

The hospitality in Khasm is always top-notch, especially at the hotel vintage, and especially the hospitality we received from the front desk employees like John and Rakhid, who helped to make my stay there more wonderful. Also, the employees here were excellent, and the food was delicious.

Stunning hotel with fantastic cuisine. We prefer to stay at a historic hotel. 10 minute drive from the market. Our visit was only for two nights but we enjoyed it so much. We had the first snow in my life, and it was incredible to see it. The kindness in Khasm is always exemplary. And in particular the hospitality we received in the Vintage hotel was outstanding. Thank you, especially, John and Rashid at the front desk for making my stay there more stunning.

What a great hotel for a stay in the whole Gulag. In the cold the hotel will never feel cold. What a great hospitality I love it. Our tour is for 12 days and I've just finished it, but I don't know how these days have passed. We spent 2 days in vintage gulag during our 12 days, and that 2 days was one of the best during the tour what a great hospitality and delicious Chinese food the chef radio in a nutshell our stay was there very impressed, whenever you visit the hotel, first of all, you will meet two dashing personalities, john and rashid, these two boys help you every time during your stay.

One of the best hotels is this one. The staff has a great hospitality and a friendly attitude. The room is spacious, spotless, and tidy. There is a good variety of choices at the restaurant for both dinner and brunch. Everyone is attentive, but I noticed Bilal from the restaurant. His efficiency and work ethic were excellent. He was quick to go to the guest table to assist them. These kind of individuals make the locations memorable.

Good, clean property with good food and good service. But location is outside the 'official' Gulmarg area, which needs to be mentioned on the site. Ponywalas are a menace as soon as you step outside the hotel. One major disappointment was the rates provided online. We discovered that if we would have booked through a local person, we would have got the room at half the price with meals included! That did not leave us with a good feeling obviously!

My Stay at Hotel is very good. Staff is very friendly and supportive. Front desk service needs to be improved. Internet connection was not working properly and there was no one to fix the issue or even to clarify to the Customer what exactly issue is.

Dtayed 2 nights. + for rooms, bathroom , service and recreation room. - on view , very few room will actually get a good view, mostly neighbouring hotel rooms and roof. Restaurant servesgoid food and very very nice staff . Almost 2 kms walk from gandola if u do not want to take pony/ sledge ride . Stayed in april 2014
