Guests must provide a valid form of government regulated identification (eg. passport, ID card, driver’s license, etc.) upon check-in.
In order to avoid credit card frauds, guests are requested to note the following: In case the booking is made using credit card, guests are requested to carry the following documents at the time of Check In: If the Credit card holder is the guest or one of the guests, then the credit card will have to be produced at the time of Check In. If the Credit Card holder is not one of the guests, then a copy of the credit card (both front and back), self-attested by the credit card holder should be produced at the time of Check In. In addition to this, it is also required to produce a letter, signed by the credit card holder, authorizing the use of the credit card for the booking of the room. The letter should mention the names of the guests, date of travel, property and room type. This letter, along with the self-attested copy of the credit card will have to be submitted at Check In desk. At the time of submitting the credit card copy, please ensure that the CVV number on it is blacked out. (CVV Number is a three-digit number at the reverse side of the credit card, at the end of the signature panel). In case the above documents are not produced by the guests, Hotel reserves the right to deny the reservation. In such case no refund (except for the taxes) will be given to the guest. In case of erroneous / inadequate / misleading information given while booking.
3 Adults or 2 adults + 2 children will be accommodated in any guest room.
All our resorts reserve the right to carry out any renovation and up – gradation, as deemed necessary. The resort is at their absolute discretion to make the decision. In this situation we will do our best to notify the clients accordingly.
Cancellation of bookings between the period of 20-Dec-2022 - 03-Jan-2023 will be Non - Refundable
Children 11 years and over are considered as adults and will be charged Rs. 2500 per children/per night. An extra mattress/bed will be provided in the room.
Children 5-11 years old will be charged Rs 1,500 per child per night.
Children under 5 years old stay for free.

Early morning arrivals will be allotted rooms on availability, if not blocked from the previous night, for which an extra nights charge will be levied.
Late check-out is available at an additional charge and subject to availability.
The property does not permit food and beverages from outside.
The property will collect the mandatory gala dinner fee for every adult  (Rs.6999) and every child between 6 to 12 years (Rs.3499) for the new year.
The Tariffs/Package rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Please note that any changes in tax structure due to government policies will result in revised taxes, which will be applicable to all reservations and will be charged additionally during check out.
