Our family had a fantastic time at Zuri White Sands. The gardens of the facility are among the most well kept and serene I have ever seen. The pool areas are lovely and clean. Breakfast was good with an excellent selection, although with a bit noisy acoustics. The pan-Asian restaurant is also we’ll worth a visit, with warm and welcoming atmosphere, excellent food and very attentive staff. The rooms were kept clean and neat, but not sound proof in any way. It’s also good that they try to think of environmental issues, noticeable for instance that you can choose not to change linnen (but I would suggest they do the opposite, that you have to make an active choice to get the linnen exchanged, since I think lots of people don’t actually care enough to leave that note on the pillow). The beach is also amazing in this area, but the motor boats and amount of people has left it a bit less pristine than last time we were here some 10 years ago. In Goa it’s always tricky with the balance between nature and exploitation, but we were happy to see crabs and sea snails roaming the edge of the water. We will definitely come back to visit again!

Beautiful beach, comfortable, beautiful, and clean rooms, good facilities, excellent food and outstanding waitstaff at restaurants and bar. This resort tends to be popular with younger families with kids, so if you're looking for a place without families, this is probably not for you. The resort is about 45 minutes away from Goa Dabolim airport. Call hotel for a paid taxi pick-up well ahead. You will have to pay for airport drop off too. Overall, great place and good value for money, though their systems (like many places in India!) seem to be a bit chaotic and disorganized. If you call them, for example, they will need to know your reservation # (not the Expedia reservation) and can't seem to do a search based on your name. Check-in took some time although the front desk was polite and helpful, and we were served welcome cold drinks while we waited. Like many places in India, people don't follow a queuing system and jump in even though front desk may be helping you (systems!), so that adds to the delay as they deal with multiple issues at the same time. Late check out of a few hours is paid for with an additional day's room charge, so be aware of this when you book your flight. Information about what events are going on each day is not obvious and you'll have to call the front desk or dig around a bit. Not all 5 restaurants and bars were open when we stayed for 4 nights, but food quality, variety, and service were excellent. Varca beach is fabulous! Enjoy your stay!

We stayed at Zuri Goa for 3 nights. The resort is really huge and beautiful. The rooms are spacious. Staff is friendly. Buffet breakfast spread is exhaustive with both Indian and continental food. The resort has two huge swimming pools. We had wonderful stay at Zuri.

I stayed over the New Year holiday. The hotel NYE Gala is the best I have ever been to. The live music, DJ, food and atmosphere was amazing. I really considering going again next year. I am so glad I selected this hotel to spend my holiday and visit India for the first time. This place is a gem.

Amazing hotel with great location. Beach is 2 mins walk from the hotel. If you are going for a chilled out serene holiday with family this is the hotel you want to book. Very supportive and compassionate staff. Good food. Varca beach attached to Zuri is almost like a private property. This beach is free of any noise or crowd loved the beach. Zuri has got and amazing swimming pool. I booked a premium apartment and had once section of pool at my back door, it was almost like a private beach. Whenever I am in Goa you can find me @Zuri White Sand!
