*House Rules*

To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, we kindly request you to follow the house rules mentioned below:

*Quiet Hours*

Please maintain silence between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is permitted only in the kitchen. Please switch on the exhaust fan while smoking.
Smoking inside the bedrooms is strictly prohibited.
A penalty of ₹250 will be charged for smoking inside the bedroom.

*Waste Disposal*

Kindly dispose of plastic bags, bottles, and cans in the AMC bins located outside the premises.
Please follow the waste-segregation instructions mentioned near each bin.
Improper disposal may result in additional cleaning charges.

Kitchen Usage*

Guests are welcome to use the kitchen.
Please return it in the same clean condition as provided.
Used plates and utensils must be washed after use.
A cleaning fee of ₹200 will be charged if utensils are left unwashed.
If the kitchen is not returned in proper condition, an additional cleaning charge of ₹250 will apply.

Footwear Policy

Wearing slippers, chappals, or shoes on the stairs is not allowed.
Non-compliance will attract a penalty of ₹500.

Pan / Gutka Policy

Consumption of pan, gutka, or similar items is discouraged.
If consumed, please rinse the area immediately to avoid stains.
Any stains found on walls, floors, or other surfaces will be chargeable, depending on the damage and cleaning effort required.

Visitors Policy

Outside visitors are not allowed.
Bringing any outsider without prior approval will result in a penalty of up to ₹1,500.

Linen & Property Care*
Any stains found on bedsheets will be chargeable, as replacement costs range between ₹600 to ₹1,200.

Guests are requested to handle all property items with care.

House parties or gatherings of any kind are strictly not permitted
