Tempatnya sangat bagus dan sirkulasi udaranya sangat sejuk dengan konsep semi outdoor vintage. Semua penghuninya ramah dan manajemen sangat membantu saya dengan harga yang sangat terjangkau. Luas kamarnya 40 m 2 atau sqm.

Overall, it is a recommended destination for a long stay! Ive been here for six months, and this is my experience so far. Even the smallest or most basic room, the room is large. Its more than enough for one or two people. There is excellent air circulation. Every room has large windows that let the sun and wind into it. Every room also has a large bathtub. The owner, kak and Andrew, and the housekeeper, pak jastro, are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they would be delighted to chat with you! They have birds here, and it will make your morning and afternoon peaceful. It is close to a variety of food vendors, a minimart, and even a supermarket. It is easily accessible by public transportation such as the mrt and jaklingko. The neighborhood is relatively quiet, and the residents are friendly and tend to their own business.

The house is unique, semi outdoor, with a peaceful and classy atmosphere. It boasts an 80 strong interior, making it ideal for niece photoshoots, video clips, and moviemaking. It is one of the most charming european vintage houses available for photoshooting.

Guesthouse kos Jakarta ini memiliki konsep Eropa tahun 70 an yang bergaya klasik vintage dengan harga yang cukup terjangkau untuk membuat video clip, film, dan fotografi. Beberapa kali saya shooting disini dan manajemennya cukup ramah. Tempatnya sangat unik dan sangat luas.

The best deal for people looking for a long stay, cozy atmosphere, friendly people. I have used this place for commercial, highend vintage rental houses. I technically is the only Mediterranean house style in djibouti.

The first time i stayed at this place, i expected the tenants to be individualistic as it is the city (it will happen) but they are the most heartwarming people ive ever met. The place itself is cozy and peaceful, with a serene garden and an ever so beguiling interior aesthetic that really pleases the eyes. The room in this place has all the necessities for a short stay. This place also allows you to bring your animal companion as long as you speak to the owner first.

A fantastic place to stay. Its simple to unwind because the setting is serene. Although the management is new to them, the hosts in charge are excellent at their hospitality. They are incredibly welcoming and easy to socialize, and they ensure that everyone has everything they need. Additionally, the location is excellent, making it simple to get food or other necessities daily.

The owner and host of the place welcomed our jiu jitsu martial arts program as part of the guesthouse activity, but the place is very spacious and semi outdoor. Its a very nice place to stay as the house itself is quite lively, the tenants are friendly and the relaxing area is breezy.
