While the entrance is a drawback, staying for one or two nights is comfortable. Although the sole lift is old-fashioned, there are no woes. The staff and the setting are decisive factors in the breakfast, which is fairly varied. Special thanks to Rodriguez and Jayashree for the personalized service. We were a wedding contingent and, despite our initial fears, it ended up being a pleasant stay. Great value for money.

This hotel has excellent service. Even though this place has a great location, the room service is basic. And then, the housekeeping here is good. After that, the location is very strategic because it is close to diamond garden and tosion rombay road.

The cleanliness of the room was good, and the cleanliness of the housekeeping was excellent. Daily change of towels, replenishment of essentials, mineral water etc. Good service from the employees. But, the lift is an old model sliding door type. There were few variants for the buffet breakfast, which was adequate for business travelers.

The hotel is old and need to be renovated. The interior design is old-style. The rooms are spacious and comfortable stayed in executive rooms with family. Mineral water is available. The staff is helpful. Good for business travelers. Breakfast spread can be improved.

I stayed here for one day while I was in town for a meeting. There isn't much to talk about the entrance. The elevator is relatively small and only can fit 23 people. The rooms had average condition and signs of recent refurbishment. The basic amenities are available. Sound sleep and comfortable mattresses. Food is expensive and tastes average. The food portions are reasonable. The adjacent restaurant offers a buffet breakfast. Not much to write home about. Cost is pretty high but good for a day or two stay.

The room was nothing like the photos. I wish the photos given for the room was more realistic. That said the room was functional. The shower worked fine and had plenty of hot water. The bed was reasonably comfortable. It had a small but functional TV, the fridge did not work. We checked in at 4am and it took the front room staff a long time to verify our booking even after showing hum a print out and online verification of our booking. Ram took care of our luggage and was very friendly and congenial. There was a lot of traffic noise which made it hard to sleep. On the positive side, there are some good Coffee shops restaurants and a lovely park nearby. Also there are several travel agents and bus stop for long distance busses.

Do not book here. We booked the executive room. The receptionist had no clue about our booking. They took forever and half to check us in. They also suggested we go to our room while they hold onto our passports (red flag!!) because it was taking so long. We said no and just waited. We were then shown a room that smelled of smoke, looked horrible, and looked and nothing like the pictures. The bathroom had bugs in it. No way this was the executive room. After we decided to bail, given all the red flags, they showed us two other rooms, one which smelled of paint and the other smelled like cleaning products. Did not check the bathrooms. All rooms were bad. We also found out that, at least to locals, this “hotel” sells rooms by the hour, which seems sketchy.
