· Our standard check-in time is 1 PM and the standard check-out time is 11 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability, and may also attract an additional fee at the property's discretion.
· This homestay is open for families with kids, groups, and couples. Guests aged 13 and above are considered as an adult and will incur additional charges.
· We only accept a government ID as valid identification proof. No local IDs shall be accepted at the time of check-in.
· Guests are not permitted to bring outsiders inside the home premises.
We believe in self-help and do not provide luggage assistance or room services.
· Alcohol consumption is allowed inside the premises. However, we don’t sell alcohol at the property.
· Drug and substance usage is strictly banned inside and around the property.
· Quiet Hours are from 10 PM to 6 AM. Do not play loud music or cause nuisance, as the place is located in a village area. Please respect neighbours and culture around.
· All guests are advised to secure their belongings at all times. The property is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
· Right to admission reserved.
- Electricity supply in the area may experience occasional interruptions. We request your understanding and recommend planning accordingly.
The jacuzzi in the room is meant for a maximum of 2 guests ONLY and operates between 09:00AM - 0600PM. Guests are advised to request the Jacuzzi at least 2 hours in advance. Electricity and hot water availability may vary due to weather and the remote setting.
Please note that any changes in tax structure due to government policies will result in revised taxes, which will be applicable to all reservations and will be charged additionally during check out.
