Zostel Kochi (Ernakulam)

We strictly DO NOT allow a group of more than 8 people. In case of a group of 4 or more, you might be purposefully allotted different dorm rooms. Further, if the group behavior is deemed unfit at the property, the Zostel Property Manager, upon subjective evaluation, retains the full right to take required action which may also result in an on-spot cancellation without refund
Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited in and around the property premises
All foreign nationals are required to present their original passport along with a valid visa upon arrival for verification.
Children below 18 years of age are not permitted entry/stay at any of our hostels, with or without guardians. We do not recommend families
Drugs and any substance abuse is strictly banned inside and around the property
Guests are not permitted to bring outsiders inside the hostel campus
Our standard check-in time is 1 PM and the standard check-out time is 10 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee at the property’s discretion.
Outside food is strictly not allowed inside the property premises

We believe in self-help and do not provide luggage assistance or room services
We only accept a government ID as valid identification proof. No local IDs shall be accepted at the time of check-in
From Cochin International Airport: ~28 km, ~1 hr; Take a direct taxi to Zostel Kochi (Ernakulam) for ~900-1200 INR. Alternatively, you can also take a bus up to Kaloor Bus Stand and take an auto from there for 50 INR up to Zostel Kochi (Ernakulam).
From Ernakulam Junction: ~2 km, ~7 min; Take a direct taxi/auto to Zostel Kochi (Ernakulam) for ~170 INR/~70 INR, respectively.
From Ernakulam KSRTC Bus Stand: ~1.5 km, ~5 min; Take a direct taxi/auto to Zostel Kochi (Ernakulam) for ~160 INR/~60 INR, respectively.
From Ernakulam Town: ~3 km, ~11 min; Take a direct taxi/auto to Zostel Kochi (Ernakulam) for ~190 INR/~80 INR, respectively.
From Kaloor Bus Stand: ~2.5 km, ~9 min; Take a direct auto to Zostel Kochi (Ernakulam) for ~50 INR.
In the event of an unpaid reservation, kindly contact the property within 24 hours of creating your booking to complete a 100% pre-payment. Failure to do so will result in an irreversible cancellation of your booking from our end.
