- Guests are not permitted to bring outsiders inside the hostel campus.
- We believe in self-help and do not provide luggage assistance or room services.
- Drugs and any substance abuse is strictly banned inside and around the property.
- Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited in and around the property premises.
- Right to admission reserved.

- We strictly DO NOT allow a group of more than 4 people. Further, if the group behavior is deemed unfit at the property, the Zostel Property Manager, upon subjective evaluation, retains the full right to take required action which may also result in an on-spot cancellation without refunds.

All foreign nationals are required to present their original passport along with a valid visa upon arrival for verification.
In the event of an unpaid reservation, kindly contact the property within 24 hours of creating your booking to complete a 100% pre-payment. Failure to do so will result in an irreversible cancellation of your booking from our end.

We strictly DO NOT allow a group of more than 4 people. For bookings of 3 or more, beds may be allocated across different dorm rooms based on real-time availability. Further, if the group behavior is deemed unfit at the property, the Zostel Property Manager, upon subjective evaluation, retains the full right to take required action, which may also result in an on-the-spot cancellation without refunds.
- From Srinagar Airport: 22 km, 1 hr, ~INR 100-200 for a shared taxi to the TRC bus stand and ~INR 1200-1500 for a private taxi directly to Zostel Srinagar.
- From the TRC bus stand:Zostel Srinagar is 10 km (20-min drive) away. Take a local shared cab (going to Shalimar or Harvan) in front of the TRC from the Masjid side for INR 35 per person. Get down between Nishat and Ishbar (around 300 m from Nishat garden, near Heritage Woodcrafts) and walk towards the right in the first lane (Paradise Avenue Lane). Alternatively, a direct auto from the bus stand to Zostel Srinagar will cost around INR 150-250.
- General directions to the hostel:On Boulevard Road, drive till Nishat Bagh. Once you cross Nishat Bagh, take the road on the right to Shalimar Bagh till you spot Heritage Woodcrafts (400 metres from Nishat Bagh, on your right). Immediately after crossing Heritage Woodcrafts, take Paradise Avenue Lane on the right. Zostel Srinagar is just 20 metres away from here.

- The property can arrange pick-up for this route (~INR 1500) upon prior intimation.
