Akses ke hotel ini dari dompu sekitar sejam, kalau dari kota bima sekitar 2 jam, fasilitas hotel aman gati di hotel ini lumayan, mulai dari tempat parkir yang lumayan luas, ada kolam renang buat anak-anak, kondisi kamarnya lumayan nyaman, besar juga, harganya lumayan terjangkau. Untuk suasananya karena berada di pinggir pantai lakey, jadi pada awal tahun sampai pertengahan tahun kondisinya sepi, sepi pengunjung tapi pada bulan Agustus, Juli pengunjungnya sudah mulai ramai, kebanyakan dari peselancar karena pantai lakey pada bulan tersebut ombaknya cukup besar. Hotel ini merupakan hotel paling bagus diantara hotel yang ada di sekitar pantai lakey.

Hotel ini cukup bagus. Terletak di tepi pantai. Makanannya cukup enak. Namun kualitas layanan masih belum maksimal. Biasanya ada handuk dan air minum di kamar, tapi hanya sabun. Selain itu, tidak ada perlengkapan P 3 K di sini, padahal kegiatan surfing adalah salah satu kegiatan high risk yang dilakukan tamu hotel.
