This guesthouse is very nice. All the staff are kind and have a service spirit. The women at the reception will respond immediately to this request. Also, coffee and tea are always prepared in the living room. We really relaxed here. If you plan to stay long in Medan, I think that it is good to choose here！

I stayed here for one night. Bed was super comfy, shower was excellent and the family (owners) were amazing. They have four kids that are so funny and cute. They will help you organise anything you need. They even.let me make eggs in their kitchen

Tempat ini sangat direkomendasikan untuk yang berlibur ke Medan dan mencari guest house dengan suasana seperti rumah. Harganya sendiri menurut saya sangat terjangkau (Anda bisa memeriksa aplikasi pemesanan tiket online). Fasilitasnya cukup baik, termasuk AC, kamar mandi dalam, peralatan mandi, dan Wi-Fi. Guest house juga menyediakan air minum (dispenser) sehingga tidak repot jika ingin mencari air hangat dan yang terpenting gratis. Yang menarik adalah, di setiap dindingnya terdapat banyak kata-kata motivasi yang bagus, dan dinding juga ditempel seperti brosur yang isinya tentang tempat wisata yang ada di Medan sehingga lebih mudah bagi para pelancong yang masih bingung menentukan ke tempat wisata mana saat berada di Medan. Dari segi pelayanan, tidak perlu khawatir karena resepsionis sekaligus pemiliknya adalah seorang petualang, sehingga Anda tidak akan canggung untuk mengobrol dan bertanya.

Tempat ini adalah syariah karena jika ingin masuk ke kamar akan ditanya identitas terlebih dahulu. Apalagi yang pasangan, wajib membuktikan dengan buku nikah atau KTPnya. Jika tidak bisa menunjukkannya, jangan berharap bisa masuk. Meskipun harganya murah, kebersihan dan kenyamanan sangat diperhatikan. Sama seperti di rumah, tempat ini dekat dengan masjid. Jadi bagi yang rajin beribadah, tempat ini sangat direkomendasikan. Harga kamar standar 100 rb dengan tempat tidur, kamar mandi di dalam, kipas angin, handuk dan sabun. Harga kamar vip 150 rb dengan fasilitas tempat tidur, kamar mandi di dalam, AC, TV, handuk dan sabun. Yang paling enak adalah ruang umumnya, ada sofa, TV, teh, dan kopi gratis yang dapat dinikmati sepanjang waktu. Setiap kamar maksimal 2 orang. Ingat, jika pasangan wajib menikah. Jika lebih, akan dikenakan biaya 25 rb per orang per malam. Semuanya tanpa sarapan. Tapi tidak masalah karena banyak yang dijual dengan harga murah dan pasti enak. Untuk menulis ulasan, tamu harus merasakan langsung suasana tempat. Bukan berarti asal menulis apalagi mendengar berita yang tidak benar langsung ditulis. Untuk hanya mendapatkan poin sebagai pemandu lokal. Sebagai pemberi nilai harus jujur dan kompeten.

Kelebihan: Menyediakan kamar standar yang cukup murah. Dengan budget Rp 100.000, Anda sudah bisa mendapatkan kamar di sini. Fasilitas termasuk spring bed, kamar mandi dalam, air panas atau dingin dari dispenser, dan TV untuk menonton. Lokasinya dekat dengan jalur lalu lintas yang cukup ramai. Kekurangan: Akses ke kamar penginapan melalui tangga yang cukup curam, harus ekstra hati-hati. Lahan parkir terbuka tanpa pagar. Keamanan hanya berdasarkan CCTV. Sarankan membawa kunci ganda untuk keamanan kendaraan Anda seperti kereta misalnya. Lahan parkir hampir tidak dapat dipastikan untuk parkir karena penginapan ini berada di dalam gang kecil.
