Pelayanannya baik, kamarnya cukup nyaman, hanya saja perawatannya kurang. Pemandangan pantai dari kamar juga bagus, suasananya juga nyaman, ada taman mini untuk bersantai, cocok untuk liburan keluarga juga, makanan di restoran phinisi juga enak. Direkomendasikan untuk liburan.

Kamarnya cukup bersih, pemandangan hotelnya cukup bagus, terutama di lantai 2 karena langsung menghadap ke pantai. Setiap kamar dapat menampung 2- 4 orang. Harganya cukup mahal, tidak sebanding dengan fasilitas yang diterima. Sarapan dan restoran tidak direkomendasikan, stafnya cukup ramah, tapi terlalu sedikit.

Pilihan kamar ada yang twin bed dan single bed, tidak jauh berbeda dengan hotel di sekitar Bira lainnya, nuansanya dibuat alami menggunakan perpaduan kayu dan pohon khas tempat tinggal pinggir pantai. Oh ya, hotel ini sepertinya hotel senior jika dilihat dari bangunannya, saat saya menginap disana, hotelnya sepi. Ada 2 hal yang mungkin membuat hotel ini tidak ramai padahal lokasinya benar-benar menarik, yaitu (mungkin lho yaa): Letak resepsionis yang seharusnya menjadi front office yang pertama kali menyambut tamu berada di bagian tengah hotel, bukan di depan hotel. Yaa intinya tidak ada greet yang standby di depan hotel untuk menyambut dan mengarahkan tamu. Bisa saja banyak tamu yang ingin menginap, jadinya batal karena tidak ada orang di hotel. Ya, sudah umum sih kalau bangunan senior memiliki kesan yang kurang lengkap. Tapi ada hal yang membuat orang-orang harus mencoba Hotel Anda, misalnya menu makanan di restorannya, cukup enak

Lingkungan di sekitar kamar cukup tenang untuk istirahat, balkon dan kamar tidur cukup bersih termasuk kamar mandi cukup bersih. Owner dan staf Anda Bungalow cukup ramah dan cepat tanggap terhadap keluhan seperti air conditioner tidak berfungsi dan air tidak mengalir.
