This property is a nice and cosy 2 bedrooms apartment located in the middle of the Uluwatu cliff. This is the perfect spot for surf holidays.

The apartment has 4 rooms, one large living-room with great views on the ocean, two large bedrooms (which can be set up as 1 double bed or twin beds) and one bathroom.
You can rent all babies accessories at extra cost.

You will have access to the full apartment. It is important to note that the terrace is shared with another apartment.

Uluwatu cliff is like a little village. You will find many different warungs, bars and small shops. You'll be able to enjoy magical sunsets with a nice cold beer or a fresh coconut in hands.

Due to its proximity to Single Fin and nearby restaurants, the apartment can be a bit noisy on Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday nights (concert nights organized at Single Fin and nearby restaurants).

The Apartment is located in the middle of the cliff. The access is a bit difficult as it consists of a lot of uneven stairs. If you have a lot of luggage, we will arrange some people to carry your luggages to the apartment.

We have installed a new Wi-Fi provider, therefore, there will be internet connection in the apartments.

- Q: What time is the Check-in policy?
-A: Please be informed that check-in time is at 14:00 by default. Arriving earlier? No problem, we will manage for you to drop your luggage first and start exploring the area while waiting for the villa to be ready. If you need an early check in we will try to accommodate you but we can’t promise, it is subject to the villa availability. Please note that our staff is available until 5pm, self check in is available after 5pm.

- Q: What time is the Check-out policy?
- A: Our check-out time is at 11:00am by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and may involve extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 15:00; an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 15:00, will be charged at a full day's Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, please get in touch with us. Should the villa be empty, we'll be happy to store them.

- Q: Could I have a personal Chef to cook, so I can dine in the villa?
- A: Breakfast is not included in the nightly rate. Our villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. Please refer to the kitchen amenities list to see what equipment is provided. We believe our kitchen will inspire the chef within you.

- Q : Do we have a housekeeping service every day?
- A : Yes, there will be a housekeeping service every day at your convenience. For the sake of respecting every guest's privacy, please kindly arrange with your villa manager should you wish your loft to be cleaned and at what time. Service occurs once a day. Kindly note that your villa host is reachable through What's app from 9 am to 5 Pm and for emergencies. He/She is pleased to assist with your requests, however, he/she does not reside on site at all times.

- Q : Can we have extra clean towels?
- A : For eco-friendly reasons towels are changed every three days. Please leave them on the floor for our staff to pick-it up. Towels left hanging on racks will be considered clean if not on the floor.

- Q : What is the maximum occupancy for this villa?
- A : The villa occupancy is for 2 people. However, if additional guests arrive, an extra person fee of USD 30 per person per night will apply for guests aged 2 years and above, using a shared bed. A maximum of 1 extra person is allowed.
