We stayed with arie for 5 nights and he was absolutely wonderful! His guesthouse is not on the main street, it is about 10 minutes out of town on motobike but closer to tourist attractions. Arie organized transportation to and from the ferry for us and was always offering tea or coffee if we were hanging around during the day. The rooms were spacious and the bed was very comfortable!.

The location is also perfect because you can rent scooters from the guesthouse and its easy to get to the beach, east side, and west side. Arie is such a heartwarming host and will make sure our stay was the best it could be. The place itself is very good and clean. Nice air conditioning and good showers. Breakfast was very tasty and had 3 options.

If you are wondering whether you should or shouldnt stay here, i highly recommend booking right away. At first, we were a little sceptical about why this place is so cheap because we paid less than 200 k per night. After staying, im still asking myself the same question. The entire building appears to be less then ten years old, everything is immaculate, the owners are simply amazing, and breakfast is served right in front of your room, on your own terrace table and chairs. Everything is really cozy. Its quiet at night, but you can hear prayers from the temple in the evening. Wifi is adequate. Even if it was double the price, it would still be worth every rupiah.

Probably the nicest guesthouse or hotel weve stayed in over the past ten months in Asia. The owner is very helpful and a really nice person. Room was spacious with incredibly comfortable beds and great hot showers. Breakfast is served at utmost taste every morning and is delicious. Free water refills and the owner also offers tea or coffee throughout the day.

I would highly recommend arie guesthouse as your place to stay if youre in nusa penida. Everything at ari guest house was perfect. Solot was the perfect host. The rooms were spacious and clean with incredibly comfortable beds. Breakfast every morning was great and there was also free water refill! We also rented bikes for surprisingly low prices. You can get to many of the main tourist attractions from here by bike. Also, solot booked our boat tickets to gili t and arranged cab transfer to the ferry all at an extremely reasonable price.

I had the best homestay experience with arie and his family. Arie is the most hospitable host ive ever met. He arranges for you to have drivers from the port or around the island. If you want to explore nusa penida on your own, you can also rent ohs scooters at incredibly affordable prices. The beds were cozy, and the rooms were immaculate. Try his fried bananas as breakfast! We chose aries guest house because it is tidied up little apartment. This was proved to be true during our 3day stay. Arie, the host, is very friendly and helps arrange transfers and trips. He booked us scuba diving trip for ps1 at incredibly affordable price. Also, he can provide some scooters in good condition, which are essential on nusa penida. The location is next to the main road but still pretty quiet. There are some of the best tourust restaurants nearby. In our opinion the bathroom could use renovation (shower next door to toilet, no separation and small basin), but its still ok and clean, especially for the price paid. Bed and air conditioning in the room are in decent condition.

The guesthouse was fantastic, everything worked well and the facilities were excellent. It has a spray out front, which is ideal for washing the sand after i snorkel or swim at the beach. I had issues with my snorkeling reservation because the information on the viator app was incorrect and that the company claimed they were not included in the app. The following day, mr. Arie organized everything for me at incredibly fair prices when compared to other travel agencies or booking websites. He even gave me the good fortune of driving me to the ferry meetup point! I sincerely appreciate his kind hospitality. Will undoubtedly return.

Arie was the best host, he was so friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to make us feel at home. When my boyfriend had stomach problems, she even gave him tea and medicine. We would recommend this place to anyone and hope to come back someday.

Arie and his family provided excellent service. He was always willing to assist, he secured us a driver for the days we were there, and arranged for us to take tours to see the manta rays and other attractions. His assistance greatly enhanced our stay beyond our expectations. The location is excellent as well, with sweeping views and immaculate cleanliness. Additionally, there is eat just across the street. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting nusa penida.
