This hotel is highly recommended for a quick break from the hustle and bustle of work. The rooms are soundproof and each has a balcony. perfect for relaxing or having a chat with family or loved ones. Just a small note for improvement, the swimming pool floor is mouldy and slippery. Please pay more attention to the details. The rooms and overall vibe are nice. thank you

Was staying this hotel for 2 days, everything was ok but the toilet so terrible smell until the the whole room are smell coz of toilet, when I complain for change the room,again and again they give another room was same smelly stinky toilet. Until can't sleep, feeling sleeping in the toilet

It was my first time in this property. It was generally a good place to stay. Very well maintained and clean. The weekend crowd made the place super congested. The blasting music from nearby at 7am doesn't make a sleep in possible. A let down was the lack of bedding and so you get strictly only 1 pillow per person, which I found unusual.

Had a short stay in Ayola hence did not try out the spa. The room I had was a twin bedded and condition of the room was fine, except that there's no hairdryer in the room. The toilet had a bad sewage smell which fortunately for me, I had some lemongrass essential oil with me, which I had literally poured into the drainage and it helps, had to do daily for the 2 nights. Didn't use the swimming pool but heard from one of the house guest, that the pool needs cleaning. The Restaurant staff are helpful, pleasant and quick with the service, especially Ms Moly who is always so charming with her lovely smile as well as 2 others male staff (unfortunately didn't get their names), they too should be well recommended for their wonderful service in the breakfast room. Breakfast is very basic and their replenishment is not automatically which you had to check with the staff and only then it'll be replenish. Overall, it's pleasant experience staying with Ayola and hopefully to see more improvement around the property.

Im not really into other things as it was ordinary but I met a staff named bambang from the housekeeping. I requested for a hairdryer and bambang who was the one that delivered it to my room. He showed a warm hospitality with a warm smile and i really feel welcomed. The breakfast was nice, I'd like to thank the FB staff named molly, she was really care and I feel happy when I had the breakfast. The front desk staff need training how to smile, I hope they can improve.
