All the staff were friendly (especially Trisna in the breakfast section, Bayu at the reception, and Andre as the room attendant). On check-in day, we received early check in since the room was already ready. During breakfast, the staff always asked if the food was good and consistently offered to refill our coffee. All the hotel staff were extremely helpful and warm, even noticing small details about me. The hotel’s location is very close to the beach and shopping malls (Lippo Mall Kuta and Discovery Mall). There are several swimming pool options, all of which are comfortable. We initially booked only two nights, but after arriving, we decided to extend our stay for another two nights and it turned out to be a very right decision. Thank you to all the staff who welcomed and assisted my family during our stay at Bali Dynasty Resort.

Saya sangat disayangkan, saya berada di sini dalam kondisi kurang sehat, dan ketika saya tiba di sana, ayah saya sedang sakit sehingga saya lebih fokus untuk menjaga dan merawat beliau, tidak mencoba banyak hal yang ada di sini. Kamarnya bagus, kamar mandinya juga 10 per 10, yang agak kurang mungkin tidak ada pengaduk kopi atau teh, padahal ada kopi dan teh. Staf sangat ramah dan membantu. Ayah saya tidak bisa datang ke restoran untuk sarapan selama masa menginap dan sarapan untuknya diantar ke kamar. Telepon juga sempat mati dan teknisi beberapa kali datang untuk memperbaikinya. Staf juga sangat membantu saat checkout dengan membawa barang bawaan ke mobil. Hotel ini sempurna untuk liburan keluarga baik jangka pendek atau panjang karena banyak aktivitas yang disediakan oleh pihak hotel sepanjang hari. Jika Anda tidak ingin mengikuti, hotel ini berada di tempat yang ramai dan ada juga mal di dekatnya, jadi banyak alternatif untuk kegiatan.

Bali Dynasty adalah hotel bintang 5 yang terletak strategis di area Kuta, hanya 2,5 km dari Bandara Ngurah Rai dan sekitar 5 menit berkendara dari Art Market Kuta dan sekitarnya. Fasilitas kamar standar bintang 5, yang paling menarik di sini adalah kolamnya yang besar dan sangat ramah anak. Sarapan di sini juga sangat menyenangkan, dengan menu yang lengkap dan enak. Jika Anda penggemar dim sum, cobalah dim sum Golden Lotus. Rasanya lebih enak daripada di Sanur Harum, Prime Plaza. Secara keseluruhan, hotel ini sangat ideal untuk liburan keluarga.

Hotel yang sangat strategis di kuta, belakang hotel langsung ke pantai. Ada kolam renang yang cukup luas, cocok untuk bermain keluarga. Kamar luas, tapi fasilitas dan desainnya standar, mungkin karena hotelnya cukup tua. Ada camilan dan minuman di kamar, tapi ada biaya tambahan. Layanan cukup bagus, tetapi kunci kamar 2 kali direset tetap tidak bisa, untungnya dapat 2 kunci. Sarapan cukup enak.

Resor ini sangat strategis karena dekat dengan Bandara Internasional Ngurai Rai dan juga dekat dengan Pantai Kuta, jadi tidak perlu repot ke Pantai Kuta, cukup jalan kaki saja. Fasilitas hotelnya sangat lengkap, seperti ruang pertemuan, ruang makan malam, kolam renang, dan fasilitas kamar hotel seperti spring bed, bathtub, AC, dan air panas. Hotel yang sangat ramah anak. Kamar family suitenya memiliki tempat tidur terpisah yang membuat anak-anak senang karena memiliki tempat tidur sendiri. Kolamnya luar biasa, ada slide yang mirip dengan waterbom yang benar-benar memanjakan anak. Klub anak juga bagus, yang menjaga ramah anak-anak dan tidak membedakan mana anak bule mana orang asing. Sangat direkomendasikan untuk keluarga dengan anak kecil.
