It offers 4 bedrooms (which can accommodate 8 guests, +2 extra guests possible for which we would provide extra single beds with additional charge), each equipped with a king sized bed, a flat screen tv, a closet with safety box, and its own private en-suite bathroom (along with the shower; Especially for the en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom, including the bathtub).

The living room is very spacious, and has a fully equipped kitchen which is ideal to cook (or have someone cook for you) any kind of meals!

Its also entirely open onto the luxuriant, tropical garden of the property, where the large private swimming pool (14 x 5m) is located.

Newly renovated in 2021, this spacious, five-bedroom villa is securely set down a quiet cul-de-sac in a private community of villas in Petitenget, less than a kilometre from the beach, within walking distance of some of Bali’s best restaurants and bars, and a short taxi -ride from Seminyak.

The focus of this handsome tropical home is the 14-metre pool – framed by a pair of two-storey pavilions arranged in an L shape, with a third side taken up by the sun -deck and relaxing poolside balé. But the hub is the open-plan living room – a huge fan-cooled space leading directly to the pool terrace, where guests can settle into comfortable sofas set around a marble table or congregate at the enormous teakwood dining table that seats 12.
