We didnt stay here but came for a shake, we hadnt had one before, but it was an amazing experience. Norman and the rest of the staff are very friendly.

Saya mengalami pengalaman yang biasa saja. Beberapa teman saya menemukan serangga raksasa di kamar mereka dan memutuskan untuk pindah hotel untuk menginap. Mereka memberi kami diskon total yang tidak bisa diabaikan, setidaknya mereka dapat mengembalikan harga kamar mengingat ketidaknyamanan ini. Untungnya kami melewatkannya dan hanya tidur satu malam. Tidak ada air panas untuk mandi.

Kami diminta oleh norma di sini untuk melakukan deposit untuk tur Komodo 4 T 3 N kami. Sayangnya saya sakit dan kami tidak bisa pergi. Namun, Norm menghentikan kami dan tidak mengembalikan uang kami. Dia hanya memberi tahu kami sekilas bahwa dia telah memberikan uang kepada temannya, dll. Kami tidak bisa mengatakan banyak tentang akomodasi. Tapi dengan Norm, saya akan berhati-hati agar tidak tertipu atau saya akan membicarakan semuanya dengan sangat detail.

Kelebihannya kamarnya bagus, kamar mandipancurannya juga bagus, staffnya ramah dan sarapan pagi yang lumayan sudah termasuk. Kekurangannya adalah 2 blok dari jalan menuju pantai, kedua blok tersebut jalan jalannya tidak beraspal. Ini berdampak besar bagi pulau yang sering dilanda hujan dan banjir setiap kali. Karena tidak banyak delman, tidak ada kendaraan bermotor di pulau ini, bisa dibayangkan berapa banyak kotoran kuda yang harus dilalui saat berjalan malam. Saya akhirnya pindah ke tempat yang lebih dekat ke pantai keesokan harinya dan sungguh sungguh perbedaan yang besar! Saya membayar kamar berAC dan mendapatkan kamar dengan kipas angin yang hanya menghembuskan udara panas. Gili t adalah tempat yang indah tetapi tidak berangin jadi normalnya adalah untuk kamu terus berkeringat. Stafnya ramah, sangat lambat dan tidak profesional, saya harus membangunkan mereka dari tidur di konter jika diperlukan. Sebagian besar dapat dimaafkan, tetapi ketika saya menemukan hari kedua, ada bungalo yang hrdnya baik dan hotel tepi pantai dengan pelayanan yang hobby yang hlm hrdnnya baik. Mereka tulus dan sangat baik, tetapi secara keseluruhan tidak sepadan dengan uang dan waktu yang Anda habiskan di sana.

This accommodation is very stunning, with spacious and spacious rooms, excellent air conditioning, and wifi, and a 2-minute walk to the beach, which offers access to a beautiful pool at the sister resort. The personnel are also amazing. They are the kindest, kindest, and most polite employees I have encountered in Indonesia. I will highly recommend this place to a bunch of friends, family, or a couple.

I originally booked for two nights but extended to six nights after the first night due to how hospitable all the guys who run this place are. If they had fresh fish they would offer you some dinner and every morning they offered coffee or breakfast. Loved every minute of staying here and hope to come back again soon! Their mushroom shakes are also probably the best made on the island.

The service provided by norman and hilman was exceptional, and they were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Hilman generously offered to assist us in moving after our threeday stay at banana leaf bungalows. However, i would rate the room with three stars due to its state, which was likely caused by covid. Personally, i believe that the rooms could have been better for the price. The main door and bathroom door were not properly fitted, and each time there was a strong gust of wind, the doors rattled. The furniture was falling apart inside. I would recommend having a switchboard near the bed so that charging our electronics is easier. There were mosquitoes in the room, so mosquito repellent is required. The outdoor seating area needs cleaning, and a drying rack is required. It needs to be renovated right away. Other rooms might be better, ours was upstairs, middle room. I did like the open bathroom concept. It was spacious. The ceiling in the room was good, and the air conditioning worked well. I liked the outdoor seating area, but i didnt use it because it was dusty. As previously stated, the service was excellent. When i asked them to clean the room, they did. Breakfast was also delicious, especially the banana pancake. Once the hotel is upkeep, i wouldnt mind staying there again.

We had a wonderful time staying at banana leaf bungalows with nan and the team. Ive seen a few people say they are friendly staff, but friendly isnt cut it! Always willing to help with any problems we had, such as doing our laundry fast and cheaply nearby, taking us to the hidden ticket office to book the local ferry to Lombok, and much thanks to Hilman for contacting a friend of his in mataram who greatly helped us extend our visa! Always friendly faces here at banana leaf! Thank you to everyone for a wonderful stay!.

The staff is very friendly, i really enjoyed getting to know them during my short stay. For the price, this is a good place. Note that my room did not have hot water and the beds were relatively uncomfortable. Make sure to stop at the nearby pituq cafe!.

I cant recommend this place enough! My boyfriend and i stayed here a year ago and still remember our stay. Heilman, Norman and his team of locals were very friendly and helpful and took such good care of us. They affectionately called me purple hair. One night we all sang and played guitar to passersby, swapped stories and drinks, they really made our experience like hanging out with friends rather than just staying for the night. We tried two rooms and both were great quality. They moved us to one further from some construction they were doing, the included breakfast was something we looked forward to. Great location near the beach and main road.

Norman is the ideal host. Every room has a tv with a dvd player. The rooms are pleasant and comfortable, with nice showers and toilets. Ive never received better service in my life, and everyone ive met who has stayed here agrees. The entire team is incredibly friendly and will go out of their way to assist you.

Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and i will definitely return! Best wishes! My girlfriend and i had a wonderful time here, the staff was outstanding, and norah was incredibly kind and assisted us with all our needs. The only drawback of the cozy bungalows was the presence of cockroaches in the bathroom, which is to be expected given the adjoining partially open bathroom.
