Pertama kali saya menginap di hotel Mercure BSD ini. Kamar sangat luas, bersih, namun di kamar mandi seperti ada bekas bocoran berwarna coklat. Lokasinya strategis, dekat dengan exit tol, fasilitas pun lengkap, ada gym, pool, lapangan padel, dan area arcade games di lantai 2 juga. Sesuai dengan harganya. Ketika breakfast pun bervariasi makanannya. Namun saya kecewa kepada Room Service-nya, sangat disayangkan, jadi saya memesan In Room Dining, 2 makanan dan 1 minuman, saya pesan jam 22.30, disuruh menunggu sekitar 20-30 menit, saya tunggu sampai sejam pun makanannya tidak datang. Saya telfon lagi room service, katanya pesanan saya sedang diplating, tapi untuk makanan yang satu lagi sedang dimasak, karena sedang ramai, disuruh menunggu 10 menit, paling lama 15 menit. Saya menunggu lagi, 20 menit makanan saya belum diantar, saya telfon room service, tidak nyambung, saya telfon front office akhirnya, 10 menit kemudian makanan saya diantar. Ketika saya tanya memang lagi ramai kah, dibilang pesanan saya yang digrill memang membutuhkan waktu lama. Total saya menunggu 1,5 jam untuk 2 makanan dan 1 minuman itu.
