nginep disini bcs my flight was canceled. sebenernya dari fasilitas it's not that bad, hanya lemarinya saja yg berdebu dan bathtub yg masih ada kotoran rambut. namun yang menjadi concern adalah pelayanan staffnya, sebagai berikut. check in di handle oleh staff yg ramah, tidak ada briefing apapun mengenai proses check out pada esok harinya, jadi saya pikir sesuai yg tertera pada e-tiket. besoknya sekitar jam 11.50an saya di gedor oleh seorang staff (berbeda dengan yg handle proses check in) yg menyebut dirinya staff "housekeeping", beliau mengingatkan kalau waktu bookingnya sudah habis. saya cek e-tiket yg menunjukan bahwa jam check out adalah di pukul 13.30, namun saya segera berkemas. saat sedang berkemas, staff tersebut muncul lagi dengan nada keras berkata "mau nambah jam ini?" padahal saat itu pukul 12.03. karena malas berdebat akhirnya saya keluar dan menuju resepsionis untuk proses check out, namun saya sempat bertanya kepada staff tersebut seperti berikut : 👤 saya 🗣️ staff housekeeping 👤 check outnya memang jam 12 ya kak? 🗣️ iya kan udah tertulis di tiket booking (dengan nada keras) 👤 oh soalnya di e-tiket tertera 13.30 kak 🗣️ oh kan itu jam WIB kalau pada e-tiket tersebut adalah jam dalam WIB, harusnya saya check out jam 14.30 WITA dong, kenapa jam 12 sudah di "usir"? apakah karna tamu lokal?🤠atau perhitungan antara jam WIB & WITA sudah berubah?🤠atau memang peraturannya 1.30 jam sebelum jam check out yang tertera pada e-tiket tamu memang harus sudah keluar?🤠entahlah, intinya saya ikuti kata staff tersebut untuk check out pada jam 12 karena males berdebat.Popular Facilities
