Hotel ini sangat megah, mewah, bersih, dan nyaman. Semua stafnya sangat ramah dan tahu persis di mana letak kamar-kamar di Delaga Biru ini. Jadi ketika tamu tidak tahu di mana kamar tersebut, staf dengan cepat menunjukkannya dan mengantarnya langsung ke depan pintu kamar yang dicari. Salut, luar biasa. Pelayanannya juga memuaskan, ketika tamu membutuhkan password WiFi karena sedang rapat dan meminta kepada koordinator karyawan, mereka langsung dengan cepat dan cepat membagikan password WiFi-nya ke hotel ini.
