Thankyou for choosing my property and the confirmation of your booking. It is an honor for me to have you as my guest. we hope our guest read this rule before check in :
-please let me know around what time you will arrived and arround what time you will check out ,so we can arrange our staff to collect the key
-just to avoid building management issue if theres someone asking who are you,please just tell them you are Mr Ferry friends the owner of unit 30 Db ( please dont said that you stay at 16Cb )
-please take care of the unit
-all rubbish should be thrown into the garbage chute next to elevator or you may leave it in one place for us to clean up
-please clean up the kitchen after using and put all the kitchenware as they were
-do not smoke in the unit (fine 300 k will apply)
-before leaving the unit, all electricity and stove must be turned off
-do not bring food or drink in the bedroom to prevent spills on bed
-additional charged will be applied if theres damages on property :
+pillow case: 50k
+quilt cover :800k
+linen :250k
+glassware:50k
+plate :50k
+access card:250k
-additional 150k cleaning fee will applied if unit too dirty

Address :apartemen jakarta residence jalan teluk betung boulevard tower cosmo mansion (theres a lot cosmo in this area such as cosmo terrace, cosmo residence, cosmo park,make sure you go find COSMO MANSION) go to mailbox behind security desk and go find mailbox 16 CB open the mailbox (unlock)and collect the key, if you see two keys inside the mailbox 16C and 16 B just collect the key according your room booking)
-after that just tap to the door (theres is two lobby, one is on the eight floor( car park), and the other one is on L floor , mailbox is on L floor)
If you bring your own car please make sure you get the key at lobby mailbox first than go to car park p8 , when you see a gate , theres a access card tap station , tap your card or you may honk to ask a security to help you to open the gate
#Check out instructions:
-checkout time is 11:00 am, late check out additional 150k per hour (please contact us for late checkout we can arrange for you if theres no other guest check in at that day)
-please put back the key at mailbox 16cb
