Sangat memuaskan! Kamar diupgrade ke type terbaik, pelayanan sangat ramah, room sangat nyaman. Awalnya ga expect bakal senyaman dan sesenang itu nginep disini, tapi dari 3 hotel yg dipesan ini adalah yg terbaik mengalahkan 2 lainnya. Minus hanya di lokasi aja yg agak jauh dari pusat Sby tapi tidak masalah karena masih bisa dijangkau kurang dr 30 menitlah. Terimakasih Swissbellin, jadi hotel favorit di sby pokoknya. Ohya, donat klasiknya juara!
