Lokasi apartemen ini sangat strategis, tidak jauh dari Mall Aoe, The Breeze, perkantoran, dan Atmajaya. Selain itu, terdapat fasilitas seperti laundry, Indomaret, gym, kolam renang, Indomaret, dan juga laundry. Namun, ada beberapa kekurangan yang perlu diperhatikan, yaitu tidak adanya mesin ATM dan juga token listrik apartemen. Ketika token listrik habis di luar jam operasional, maka kita tidak dapat membeli token listrik, bahkan BM tidak membalas chat kita jika ingin membeli token listrik di luar jam operasional. Padahal token listrik ini sudah dikelola oleh BM sendiri, dimana kita tidak dapat membeli token listrik di marketplace (toped, Shope, dll), seharusnya pelayanan kepada penghuni dan penyewa ditingkatkan. Saat itu, saya sudah membeli backup token listrik, namun karena sistem token listrik CDP ada upgrade token listrik, maka backup token listrik harus digunakan sebelum dimasukkan dengan token listrik baru. Jadi tidak ada solusi lain selain kita harus membeli token listrik lagi. Jika dalam keadaan darurat atau habis bepergian, jika token listrik habis di luar jam operasional, kita akan sangat sedih, tidak bisa membeli token listrik sampai harus menunggu jam operasional buka. Sampai saat ini, belum ada solusi yang terbaik untuk meningkatkan pelayanan token listrik ini kepada penghuni dan penyewa.
