Nyaman sekali hotel nya, anak-anak happy dengan fasilitas dalam kamar, namun menurut kami untuk rasa makanan di resto nya perlu di tingkatkan lagi, supaya lebih mantap.

Management mending training staf drpd beli reviewer 1. Cekin Dipersulit Sudah booking H-5, tapi proses cekin sangat lama tanpa penjelasan. Setelah ditanya berulang kali, baru diinfokan ada orang late check-out berbayar yang tidak dikomunikasikan sejak awal. Respons staf saat ditanya juga tidak ramah malah melotot Perempuan yg rambut pendek dan yg sama sekali ga pake name tag, yg lain pdhl pake name tag 2. Fasilitas Tidak Sesuai Kolam renang keruh, berbuih, dan bath tub juga Dikonfirmasi "sedang maintenance", namun selama 3 hari tidak ada perubahan sama sekali. Parkiran juga rame ga jelas walau dibantu satpam 3. Soal Review di Aplikasi Jujur saya awalnya ragu dengan rating tinggi di sini. Setelah ngalamin sendiri, baru paham kenapa banyak review bintang 5 yang isinya generik dan mirip-mirip. Sepertinya review asli dari tamu kecewa jadi ketimpa. Untuk harga segini, sangat tidak worth it. Semoga manajemen baca dan segera berbenah.
