Dari luar dan di lobby hotel terlihat cukup bagus Hotel dengan 4 lantai tidak ada lift, kebersihan kamar sangat tidak terjaga.. banyak kepompong di plafond" dan dinding bnyk kotoran ada juga kupu" kecil terbang" di kamar.. tidak ada air panas tidak cocok kalau membawa anak.. dan air keluar kecil sekali untuk mandi sangat mengganggu tidak sangka di daerah puncak bisa ada hotel yang susah air seperti di dalam pedalaman yang sedang terkena kemarau panjang.. awal sy berfikir shower di kmr saya rusak tapi ternyata smua kamar sama air seperti menetes.. karena pada saat itu sy sewa 3 kmr..
