Tempatny bersih, sayang single bedny goyang bgt jd takut jatuh. Tp overall enak, orangtua puas banget, apalagi sarapan pake gudeg asli jogja yg no tipu2. Ga kemanisan, pas banget pokoknya. Buat yg gasuka makan berat bisa request sarapan telur dadar & roti bakar. Sayang pas disini tv nya gaisa nyala, baru d benerin hari seninnya. Aku gasuka tidur tanpa suara tv kalo di hotel2, tp disini tetep bs tidur nyenyak krna tempatnya nyaman kayak rumah sendiri. Bahkan aku sering ninggalin kamar tanpa d kunci buat krn jarak kamar deket bgt. Cuman ada 6 kamar, aku dpt 2 kamar hadap2an jd sering keluar ga pake sandal (ga ada sandal hotel) tp tetep nyaman & bersih. Bakal kesini lg kalo ke jogja Makasih mb Tia pelayanannya okee bgt.

Rumah sangat indah khas rumah kuno. Tp tidak serem. Sangat bersih . Kamar sangat bersih. Tempat tidur nyaman. Kamar mandi aman. Air panas jos. Sarapan enak. Ada jus, buah, dan makanan utama. Lokasinya dekat dengan alun-alun utara. Sarapan khas Jogja. Saat saya kesana tidak terlalu ramai, hanya ada satu penjaga yang terlihat. Tapi jangan khawatir, semuanya aman terkendali. Masnya ramah, mudah dihubungi, dan komunikatif. Tempatnya sangat bersih, sampai ada peraturan kalau ada noda pada seprei dll akan dikenakan denda minimal 500 ribu kalau tidak salah. Minuman tersedia di dekat meja makan. Untuk yang membawa anak di atas 7 tahun akan dikenakan biaya tambahan 100 ribu. Jika memesan melalui aplikasi, tidak ada informasi seperti itu. (Sebaiknya diinformasikan agar ada keterbukaan informasi). Lokasinya dekat dengan alun-alun utara. Sarapan khas Jogja.

Satu kata, sangat nyaman. Tenang, tidak berisik seperti hotel berbintang, kamar dan sekitar hotel bersih, banyak sofa di teras, ruang makan, ruang tunggu, sarapan 1 x nasi gudeg. Kamar mandi memiliki shower, water heater, TV pintar, AC, kulkas, petugas yang ramah, parkir di dalam bisa menampung 4 mobil, ada teh dan kopi gratis, sangat direkomendasikan untuk menginap di sini lagi lain kali. Masukan saja mungkin disediakan room telp dan petugas bisa standby di depan atau resepsionis.

Rumahnya sendiri memiliki halaman yang cukup luas dan ruang resepsionis dan ruang makan yang cukup luas. Sarapannya memiliki dua pilihan, barat berupa roti bakar dan selai, dan makanan lokal. Ketika saya diberi gudeg basah yang cukup bagus.

Homestay ini bergaya klasik, hanya memiliki 6 kamar yang disewakan. Parkirnya bisa menampung 6 mobil. Jarak dari Alun-alun Kidul hanya 100 meter, berjalan kaki tidak sampai 5 menit. Ketika saya berada di sana, saya melihat hanya ada 2 pasangan bule dan 1 pasangan Indonesia. Poin-poinnya: Teras depan sangat luas dan enak untuk bersantai atau membaca. Petugasnya sangat ramah dan sopan. Sarapannya biasa saja, tapi mungkin lidah saya yang kurang cocok. Dekat Alun-alun Kidul, Anda bisa berjalan ke sana jika ingin mencari sarapan atau makan malam. Tapi itu adalah kaki lima. Lokasinya berada di kompleks keraton, tenang, banyak pohon dan kicauan burung. Sangat sepi karena hanya memiliki 6 kamar. Desain klasik, lihat di foto Sangat bersih.
