Tempatnya keren, namun pelayanannya kurang memuaskan. Satu jam makanan saya tidak keluar-keluar, malah meja lain yang mendahului. Padahal hanya ada 4 meja di restorannya. Sayang sekali, tempat bagus kurang perhatian pada produk-produknya.

Pada awal tahun 2018 ini, kami berlibur ke Pantai Bira. Kami menginap di Hakuna Matata Resort. Tempatnya bagus, dekat dengan Pantai Bira, bersih dan pemandangannya bagus, serta makanannya juga enak. Mau ke Pulau Penyu juga dekat, ada banana boat juga. Kolam renangnya juga cukup bersih.

Pada awal tahun 2018 ini, kami berlibur di Pantai Bira. Kami menginap di Hakuna Matata Resort. Tempatnya bagus, dekat dengan Pantai Bira, bersih dan pemandangannya bagus, serta makanannya enak. Dekat dengan Pulau Penyu, bahkan ada banana boat juga. Kolam renangnya juga cukup bersih.

Penginapan yang indah dengan pemandangan laut. Cocok untuk keluarga, bisa memesan 1 cottage. Kamar cukup bersih dan pelayanannya baik. Sayangnya, tidak ada telepon di setiap kamar, jadi harus ke resepsionis jika kamar ingin dibersihkan. Yang saya tidak suka adalah jendela kamar mandinya. Sebaiknya tutup saja dengan wallpaper kaca atau apapun. Pemandangan di pagi hari mungkin bagus, tapi di malam hari agak seram dan takut ada yang melihat dari luar. Hanya 5 menit berjalan kaki ke Pantai Tanjung Bira. Ada bananaboat dan bisa snorkeling ke Pulau Penyu. Harganya normal dibandingkan dengan harga di Bali.

Hakuna Matata Resort menawarkan pelayanan yang baik, dengan akses langsung ke pantai dan kolam renang pribadi yang nyaman. Namun, sebaiknya pohon di dekat kolam dipotong agar bisa menikmati keindahan laut dari kolam renang. Selain itu, sediakan juga pelampung bebek pink seperti yang ada di Instagram, sehingga bisa digunakan sebagai latar belakang foto. Hakuna Matata Resort menawarkan kenyamanan yang nyaman untuk bersantai, beristirahat, dan menikmati keindahan matahari terbenam di Pantai Pasir Putih Tanjung Bira Bulu Kumba, Sulawesi Selatan. 5 Jam dari Kota Makassar ditempuh dengan perjalanan darat. Harga yang ditawarkan cukup mahal. Saran saya, sandal hotel sudah disiapkan di kamar masing-masing, jangan menunggu tamu meminta. Untuk kamar 24, tolong perbaiki shower karena sudah rusak. Menu prasmanan menurut lidah saya enak, namun snacknya kurang enak di lidah saya. Es jelinya enak. Sarapannya ada yang mirip dengan koko krunch, tapi bukan koko krunch. Rasanya tidak enak. Saran saya, gunakan merk koko krunch yang enak dan susu hangat, agar cuaca dingin bisa menghangatkan. Untuk toaster, tolong tulis "hanya untuk memanggang roti tanpa margarin, selai dan coklat" karena jika tulisannya hanya "tidak untuk menghangatkan" orang akan berpikir bahwa boleh menggunakan margarin dan coklat di cuaca dingin.

Saya mencoba menggambarkan pengalaman saya di kafe. Sebenarnya kopinya biasa saja, mungkin hanya kopi kemasan. Tapi saya terkesan dengan keramahan staf, terutama resepsionis. Untuk masakan, cabenya sangat enak. Saran, mungkin lebih baik menggunakan sedotan stainless agar lebih ramah lingkungan. Satpam juga mungkin lebih ramah.

Liburan keluarga menjadi menyenangkan. Pemandangan sore hari sangat indah saat matahari terbenam. Mulai dari reservasi hingga kedatangan disambut dengan baik. Permintaan kamar pun diterima. Direkomendasikan untuk liburan di Tanjung Bira. Ada kolam renang, jadi anak-anak tidak perlu pergi ke laut.
