Saya menginap 3 hari 2 malam dan tidak ada keluhan sama sekali dan sangat puas. Hotel ini menurut pandangan saya bergaya Mediterania, interior bagus, kamar bersih dan super luas, amenities lengkap, sarapan banyak (walaupun a la carte), enak dan pasti kenyang. Pelayanan ramah, mulai dari admin WA, front office hingga waiter restoran. Parkir mobil luas, ada di depan dan belakang hotel. Ada juga kolam air panas. Daripada main air di sekitar wisata Guci mending di hotel, lebih sepi dan lebih bersih. Harga makanan di kafe hotel juga terjangkau, bersaing dengan kafe sejenis di Guci dan pasti enak. Apapun jenis kamar yang dipilih, pemandangannya bagus semua.

Saya sangat puas menginap di Denaya. Awalnya saya tidak menemukan penginapan goshow karena semuanya sudah lengkap. Akhirnya saya menghubungi resepsionis dengan Mas Azam kembali melalui WhatsApp untuk menanyakan apakah saya sudah mendapatkan penginapan atau belum. Dia juga memberi tahu saya bahwa ada kamar yang tersedia karena ada tamu yang membatalkan pesanan. MasyaAllah, Alhamdulillah sangat senang. Akhirnya saya langsung meluncur dan disambut oleh Mas Agam pada pukul setengah 11 malam. Saat masuk ke kamar, saya sangat terkejut karena ternyata kamarnya sangat luas dan dilengkapi dengan Skylight yang memberikan bintang. Kamarnya juga wangi, kasur dan bantalnya juga nyaman, fasilitas lengkap, kolam renangnya juga menyediakan air panas dari sumber mata air panas, semua stafnya ramah. Pokoknya pengalaman menginap di sini sangat menyenangkan dan tidak akan terlupakan, terima kasih Denaya, semoga kita bisa kembali lagi.

Pengalaman menginap yang luar biasa. Kami tertarik dengan air panas di Guci, tapi ternyata pemandian air panasnya kurang menarik karena terkesan kumuh. Akhirnya kami mencari hotel yang ada kolam air panasnya. Setelah mencari beberapa hotel, kami memilih Denaya. Pengalaman yang luar biasa. Rasanya seperti villa pribadi, mungkin kami adalah salah satu dari 3 tamu di hotel ini (saat kami menginap). Sedikit aneh dengan hotel sebagus ini dengan harga yang bagus, kurang tamunya. Makanannya enak banget, pelayanannya bagus, kamarnya luas dan bersih. Buka pintu kamar kolam renang air hangat. Saran kami untuk Denaya, cobalah promosikan lebih banyak lagi. Hotel anda memiliki potensi yang sangat baik. Terima kasih atas pengalaman menginap terbaiknya.
