Lokasinya strategis di tengah kota Waingapu. Transportasi ke bandara dan pelabuhan laut mudah diakses. Dekat dengan tempat pelayanan publik seperti bank dan kantor pemerintah. Satu-satunya kekurangan adalah pelayanan di hotel belum optimal. Manajemen perlu SDM berkualitas dalam hal komunikasi dan pelayanan.

Kamarnya bagus, hanya saja TVnya tidak berfungsi dan klosetnya tidak berfungsi. Lokasinya strategis, dekat dengan bank dan pelabuhan. Pelayanannya perlu ditingkatkan lagi.

Saya akan mencari penginapan lain jika pergi ke Waingapu, meskipun kamarnya besar dan representatif. Tempat menginap ini terletak di tengah kota Waingapu. Namun, saya merasa terjebak dalam betmen saat memesan secara online karena kamar tidak ber-AC, sehingga saya harus membayar tambahan sebesar Rp 120.000. Ketika saya bertanya kepada resepsionis, ternyata memang sering terjadi seperti yang saya alami. Sepertinya pola penjualan kamarnya yang dilakukan secara online sangat terstruktur.

Hotel ini sangat saya sarankan jika kalian ingin menginap. Lokasinya tidak jauh dari pertokoan dan warung. Harga yang mereka tawarkan tidak begitu mahal. Mereka menyajikan sarapan dengan kondisi yang biasa saja.

Hotel Elvin cukup strategis untuk bisnis, harga kamar standar dan berbagai pilihan mulai dari 150.000 Hingga 500.000. Kamarnya bersih dan nyaman, kamar mandinya juga luas. Sarapan standar. Dekat dengan pusat kota, seberang QMart dan Seven, Bakery Yenny, Bank Mandiri, BNI, Bank NTT, Bank BRI, dan PLN. Ada juga banyak restoran di dekat Elvin. Sinyal internet kuat di sini.

Pelayanannya baik dan stafnya ramah, termasuk petugas securitynya. Suasananya tenang di malam hari, dengan penerangan di dekat restoran. Cocok untuk bersantai meskipun bekerja di depan laptop.
