Hotel ini terlihat tua dari luar, tetapi ketika melihat kamar dan sekitar hotelnya, semuanya sangat rapi dan bersih, kamarnya sangat luas dan bersih, tempat tidurnya sangat besar, dan kamar mandinya sangat bersih dan stafnya sangat ramah dan dekat kemana-mana.

Pertama kali ke sini, saya merasa hotel ini sangat bagus dari segi interior dan eksteriornya juga luar biasa. Saya merasa nyaman dan betah di sini. Dari segi pusat juga dekat dengan semua tempat. Saya memesan kamar suite untuk 1 tamu, berharap mendapatkan kamar di lantai 1, ternyata kamarnya di lantai 3 dan tidak ada lift. Foto di ago dengan aslinya berbeda, saya tidak tahu apakah itu kamar suite atau tidak. Karena harga murah, tidak bisa komplain. Secara keseluruhan hotel bersih dan stafnya ramah dan sangat membantu. Satu-satunya kekurangan adalah tidak ada pemisah antara kamar bebas rokok dan kamar bebas rokok. Semua kamar bisa merokok, jadi meskipun sudah dibersihkan, masih ada sisa-sisa bau rokok yang mengendap di sprei dan gorden tamu sebelumnya yang merokok. Bagi mereka yang sensitif terhadap bau rokok, mungkin tidak direkomendasikan, tetapi bagi mereka yang tidak bermasalah dengan bau rokok, hotel ini adalah pilihan yang tepat karena lokasinya sangat strategis di tengah kota Medan dan terjangkau harganya. Jika Anda menginginkan suasana tenang, mungkin tidak cocok karena hotel ini berada di pinggir jalan, sehingga tetap berisik kota Medan terdengar. Semoga ke depannya Grand Bandara Hotel dapat mengganti lantai kamar bebas rokok dan kamar bebas rokok.
