Proses checkin lama hingga 40 menit karena sistem hotel dan tiket.com tidak terintegrasi dengan baik. Banyak anak magang yang sangat membantu, tetapi sangat berisik sehingga mengganggu kenyamanan. Air panas untuk mandi tidak ada. Di kamar tidak disediakan air minum, kalau mau minum harus turun ke lantai resepsionis. Remot TV tidak ada, bahkan dihidupkan dari tombol tv juga tidak bisa. Langit langit kamar bocor. Toilet sangat tidak layak seperti di foto.Popular Facilities
