Hotel ini memiliki tempat parkir yang sangat luas, bahkan sangat luas. Kamar VIP dapat parkir di dekat kamar dan aman sekali. Kamar vip cukup luas dengan harga yang sangat murah 290. Air panas lancar, ada bak mandi, AC cukup dingin. Secara keseluruhan nyaman dan enak.

Meski bangunan hotelnya terlihat tua, namun kebersihannya cukup terjaga dengan baik. Halaman parkir luas, sarapannya lumayan enak, lokasi hotel di tengah kota. Koneksi wifi bagus dan air panas di kamar mandi juga lancar.

Hotel ini memiliki potensi yang baik dengan lahan yang sangat luas. Namun, tata kelolanya masih belum baik tercermin dari suasana hotel yang kurang menarik dan rapih. Perlu dilakukan peremajaan besar. Besaran kamar nyaman namun menu sarapan kurang menarik.

Kondisi kamarnya kurang terawat. Sebelum cek ini, kamar dipel terlebih dahulu sebelum masuk ke kamar, lantainya lengket dan basah. Mienya bagus, daerah gunung tetapi selimutnya sangat tipis. Wisata air panas dan air terjun Pacet hanya berjarak berjalan kaki. Harganya agak mahal seharga bintang 3, tetapi kamar serasa kelas melati.

For a four-day business function in mid-November 2019, I stayed at the Majapahit hotel. What a wonderful location. The motel and the accommodations are exceptionally large, and the corridors are stunning. All the furniture, old-fashioned images, stained glass, and other items contribute to an unforgettable stay. The WiFi is functional, the breakfast is excellent, the population is friendly, and the pool is adequate. According to reports, surabayans do not like to remain here because the location is haunted. I laughed at this, but when it was time for me to leave, the safe would not open to retrieve my passport. Fortunately, the personnel promptly moved to open it. All in all, this unforgettable hotel comes highly advised!.
