Booked for three nights. Arrived late on night one, left the following morning, 2 nights early. No other guests should have been a tell tale sign. No cook, staff did their best but a lack lustre sandwich and tuna steak in what is reported to be a 4* location was dissappointing. Broken facilities in need of major invetment and staffing were noted the following morning. Cockeral crowed from 3 am about 5 metres from the back of our property, resulting in inability to sleep and ruining the following day due to fatigue. TV didnt work, appologies were given that thisbwas due to the provider. Hotel coffee machine didnt work, though we were offered instant nescafe, hardly a substitute. No spa facililities, contrary to description and images on Tiket.com. No yoga. Disappointing Has to be said Lovely staff - The photos shown on Tiket.com are from its hay days, which are clearly long long since gone- misleading. I shared the evidence with Tiket.com, including photos and recordings of sounds requesting refund for the 1st night spent their given false advertising, howvever this was sidelined. Truly a faulty towers experience, just such a shame as each day is so precious for a family holiday.Popular Facilities
