I’m not gonna lie. The place is old and in need of some love. So if you’re used to brand-new high-end luxurious comfort then this place is NOT for you. If however you wanna step back in to Bali’s not so distance past an experience a more authentic and traditional Balinese hospitality experience then this place would be a great option. Very centrally located, it sits away from all the noise and traffic in a lush and peaceful oasis near a cascading creek….and luckily at least on my stay….NO monkeys. Again there are fancier and more luxurious places to stay, but for me I really loved its old world charm and sincere hospitality. Whilst old the place was perfectly clean and lovingly maintained. The staff were all warm and genuinely cared for you like a personal guest of theirs. I will be back. Makasi

Teh dan manis di sore hari. Sarapan luar biasa disajikan di teras Anda. Juga sangat sentral, dengan ribuan pilihan untuk makan di sekitar, supermarket, dll. Jaraknya 300 meter dari salah satu arteri utama kota dan Anda tidak dapat mendengar suara mobil.

I stayed here for 2 nights. The place is very clean and comfortable. The pool is also very clean. The food is delicious, the jaffle breakfast is great. The staff is very kind, warm and helpful. I highly recommend staying here.

Traditional balinesestyle accommodation. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. Little extras like water in our rooms, free taxi service to places and cake with tea in the afternoons. The breakfast served on our own terrace is another thoughtful and delicious touch!.

I heartily endorse this establishment. The location is stunning, serene, and verdant. The staff is excellent. The resort we stayed at at the kamandalu resort was also lovely, but in my opinion, it was more authentic, cozy, and had more character. Once more highly advised.

If i could give 100 stars, i would give kebun indah. I stayed here for over 3 months and my stay was absolutely amazing. I felt very comfortable and safe. The staff are very kind, helpful and amazing. They all became like family. Every day they bring delicious breakfast to your room and later in the day they bring afternoon tea and cake with a big smile. The hotel is perfectly located - near the city but still quiet. I couldnt have asked for a better place to stay. Thank you so much to all the staff at kebun indah for giving me this magical and unforgettable stay. Many hugs, Chanel Nielsen.

Ive stayed here many times, this time with family 6, 4 in padi and 2 in chempaka. The hotel is cozy, friendly and has a pool. The room is spacious and has a nice view. Breakfast has a wide variety. The price is very reasonable. The staff is very good. I love it.

I stayed at kebun indah bungalows for 4 nights and had a great time! The rooms are very spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The location is perfect right on the main road in ubud. The service is impeccable. From my arrival, roy made me feel like family. He provided top notch professional service throughout my stay. Robert, jati, moli and warini gave me a warm start to my day with a smile and delivered a delicious breakfast right to my room as well as late afternoon tea. Dont hesitate to book kebun indah. Its a special place with special people.

The perfect traditional Balinese stay. Staff are excellent, welcoming and attentive upon arrival through to the end. The stay is convenient on the main st but tucked down an alleyway which keeps it quiet and away. Just absolutely perfect and will be back!

Sulit 5 hari memilih berdasarkan ulasan dan foto. Ubud di bulan Desember lembab dan panas. Kodok tempat saya menginap tidak memiliki AC, terlalu gelap, bahkan tempat tidurnya juga lembap. Susah sekali. Staf ramah dan harganya murah. Itu saja. Agak jauh untuk berjalan kaki ke stasiun utama.

About Kebun Indah Ubud

This is the original guesthouse of Ibu Wayan and Pak Ketut. Since 1988, the Pengosekan Road has developed quite a bit, but Kebun Indah set back off the road still feels like the oasis it has been for over 30 years. The home-like atmosphere and welcoming staff attracts many return and long-time visitors to Bali.

A flat walk- 130 meters down the path from the road leads you to the accomodations of Kebun Indah.
From the road, see the Kebun Indah sign and the Alam Asia Crafts Shop.
If we know your arrival time, the staff will wait up by the shop to assist with your luggage.
Or come into the Alam Asia shop and the staff will welcome and assist you.
