It is one of the most important reasons to stay. The infinity pool is the best place to view binging and the surfers. The grounds are well-kept and have plenty of different spots to appreciate the magnificent view of the indian ocean. There are sun lounges there are always some available. The eating area had plenty of tables and chairs, as did the covered open-air hut lounges that accommodated two comfortably. There is also a seated lounge area at the southern end. The accommodation itself was basic, but that was what we expected. The room was clean, the bed is firm, and the air conditioner worked well, but the bathroom facilities are the only letdown. The shower was a cold water flowing from a bamboo pipe above and they could charge a lot more if they installed hot water to the shower. I would suggest a Balinese massage there just book ahead as it is close to the temple. Overall, I would be happy to stay at Kembang Tuning again, for a 3-star hotel it is well priced, well maintained, and I am happy to overlook the cold shower for everything else that is supplied.

Without a doubt, not five stars. Probably the most basic room I've ever stayed in. Your shower is located in a pipe in the wall! But, the bed is very clean and comfortable, and you won't spend more time in your room than relaxing. The gardens are well kept, and there is a tiny infinity pool with some of the most stunning views. The staff is friendly, we didn't eat there for breakfast because it was fairly basic. But there are a lot of local food options. Visiting the temple next door for food is a must.

After reading some unfavorable reviews, I was somewhat relieved by the accommodation and the lodging. We had a fantastic experience. Clean accommodations were provided. A magnificent daybed and lounge where you can lie on. The stairs that lead down to the beach are steep, but they did not bother us at all. Excellent position. The good wifi connection may use a stronger menu and possibly a small bar area as we went elsewhere every night to get dinner and drinks, even going next door. This location would be fantastic if the food and menu could be improved, and a bar with excellent service would be available. The room was spotless. Great daybeds and lounges are available. It takes a long walk down to the beach, but they are steep. The location is excellent. Excellent wifi too, but I believe the menu and food could use a bit more variation and perhaps a small bar area because we would go somewhere else every night to get dinner and drinks, and maybe even stayed next door.
