Lahan parkir motor cukup luas, namun saat malam hari gangnya agak gelap. Luas kamar cukup memadai, karena kamar mandinya dalam. Fasilitasnya termasuk kipas angin, TV, lemari pakaian, kabel, dan handuk. Tempatnya juga bersih dan setiap hari sampah diangkut. Parkirannya juga aman. Selain itu, dari kost, Anda bisa mencari makan atau pergi ke minimarket tidak terlalu jauh. Per hari juga cukup murah dengan fasilitas sebanyak ini.

Sangat direkomendasikan bagi yang mencari penginapan di Tasikmalaya, dekat dengan Unsil dan dekat dengan toserba. Cukup berjalan ke depan, banyak penjual makanan di sekitar. Atau jika malas kemana-mana, bisa pesan di nomor WhatsApp dengan berbagai menu makanan. Ada juga air minum di teras, disediakan satu handuk, perlengkapan mandi untuk diri sendiri. Ada dua tipe kost harian, ada yang single dengan harga 60 ribu dan yang double dengan harga 80 ribu. Homestay ini sangat bagus dengan harga pelajar. Jika datang sebelum jam check-in, bisa mengkonfirmasi terlebih dahulu, kebetulan saya tiba di Tasikmalaya jam 12:00 Dan saya mengkonfirmasi terlebih dahulu dan diperbolehkan. Mantap, saya sudah dua kali menginap di sini, NYAMAN, Adem, dan bersih.
