Fasilitas cukup lengkap, namun perlu diperhatikan untuk beberapa area tertentu seperti toilet umum. Kolam renang bersih dengan air pegunungan asli. Jalan menuju lokasi tinggal sedikit yang masih rusak. Secara keseluruhan, baik-baik saja.

Suasananya bagus, ada fasilitas umum seperti musholla dan kolam renang gratis bagi penyewa villa. Namun, karena cuaca Malino yang dingin, seharusnya ada ketel di penginapan, namun dua kamar yang kami sewa mengalami masalah dengan pemanas airnya. Harganya sangat terjangkau dan ada warung di area penginapan sehingga tidak perlu keluar area, hanya saja tidak menyediakan menu makanan berat.

Harga sewanya murah dengan kamar yang cukup besar, extra bed hanya seharga 50 rb, pemandangan alam yang indah dan kolam renang. Restoran memiliki wifi yang cukup cepat di kamar. Tidak semua kamar memiliki water heater. Bangunan tua, karpetnya agak lembab dan berbau. Bantalnya terbuat dari kapuk, jadi bagi yang alergi kapuk, disarankan untuk membawa bantal sendiri. Ada sampah dari pengunjung yang dibuang di tebing.

Biaya masuk sebesar 20 ribu rupiah per orang. Hanya terdapat satu kolam renang yang tidak dilengkapi dengan Gazebo gratis, namun tidak banyak. Tamu dapat membawa makanan dari luar. Terdapat kantin, namun hanya tersedia makanan dan minuman instan. Terdapat lapangan futsal, namun kondisinya gelap dan kurang terawat. Terdapat juga penyewaan villa yang suasananya sejuk. Terdapat musholla dan kolam ikan. Kolam renangnya hanya memiliki satu, kurang lebih kedalaman 1 meter, dan harus didampingi oleh orang tua.

Truly awful place. I get that it might be perceived as good value if you can get 10 people in a room for 500k and there’s a ‘pool’ but…..we arrived at nightfall after a long drive in heavy rain. They had no record of our reservation with Expedia - apparently they don’t use them! - but they agreed to let us have a room if we paid cash. We were shown three different rooms. All of them were damp and smelt mouldy. None of them had hot water or flushing toilets. They didn’t look fit for habitation to be honest. We didn’t feel like we had many options so we kept third room just because we couldn’t be bothered moving again and all of them were awful anyway. Within half an hour, we were told we’d chosen the most expensive room (!!) but they’d give us a 100k discount because of the lack of hot water. So 450k instead of 550k. At this point the mould was already affecting my chest so we took our chances and left. We stumbled over Celebes Resort a few minutes away and wow! for 500k we got a beautiful room with breakfast in a brand new hotel.
