GENERAL HOTEL RULES

1. All guests are required to present a valid ID upon check-in.
2. Room reservations are non-refundable and non-reschedulable, meaning that booked rooms cannot be canceled.
3. Check-in time starts at 14:00 hrs, and check-out is no later than 12:00 hrs. Early check-in is only allowed between 10:00–13:59 hrs with an additional charge of IDR 100,000, subject to room availability. Late check-out between 12:01–14:00 hrs will be charged IDR 150,000, and after 14:00 hrs will be charged the full room rate. Late check-out is not permitted if the room has already been booked by another guest.
4. The maximum capacity of each room is 2 persons. If the number of guests exceeds this limit, renting an extra bed (maximum 1 extra bed/room) is required, making the maximum capacity 3 persons per room. If more guests are found staying without compliance, a fine of IDR 200,000 per additional person will apply.
5. Guests are not allowed to make loud noises that disturb others, bring alcoholic beverages or drugs, or commit unlawful acts.
6. Visitors who are not staying overnight must register at the reception desk and are only permitted to visit until 22:00 hrs.
7. Every guest must report to the staff or receptionist upon check-out.
8. The hotel is not responsible for any loss of belongings due to guests’ negligence.

ROOM RULES

1. The hotel does not provide room service. Guests are advised to visit the restaurant area to order food and beverages.
2. Please do not eat inside the room. Use the facilities provided, such as the terrace or restaurant area.
3. For rooms with Twin Beds, guests are not allowed to push the beds together.
4. Guests are not permitted to stay in the same room with someone of the opposite sex who is not their legal spouse.
5. Smoking is not allowed inside the room. Please use the designated areas, such as the terrace.
6. Guests must not cause disturbances or make loud noises.
7. Gambling, bringing or consuming strong-smelling food or items, carrying alcoholic beverages, drugs, firearms, sharp weapons, explosives, or any dangerous items, as well as committing any unlawful acts, are strictly prohibited.
8. Cooking or bringing cooking equipment into the room is strictly prohibited.
9. Guests are not allowed to use personal electrical appliances in the room, except laptops, mobile phones, or cameras.
10. Pets are not allowed in the hotel or restaurant.
11. Guests are not permitted to take home any hotel property.
12. The hotel provides daily housekeeping and room maintenance. For guests staying more than one night and who do not wish to have their room cleaned, please inform the hotel in advance.
13. Any damage to or loss of hotel property caused by guests will incur compensation fees according to applicable regulations.
14. Any violation of these written or unwritten rules will result in sanctions or compensation fees as determined by the hotel’s policy.
