I have stayed in lombok many times over the last few years. Gegher and laram are very helpful and will help you in any way they can. When you leave, you will feel like part of the family! If you need new towels, sheets, or cleaning your room, just ask and it will be done right away. The facilities are great, but for the price, i havent stayed anywhere even close to nena! A short walk into town, but having a bike is very helpful! Cant recommend it enough!.

Sangat mengecewakan menginap disini. Kami tiba dan disambut oleh kamar yang sangat kotor dan bau. Toilet dengan noda urin, jamur di dinding, tidak ada sprei baru, lantainya lengket, pancuran mandinya penuh kotoran sungguh menjijikkan, secara keseluruhan baunya menjijikkan yang coba ditutupi dengan bantuan semprotan pewangi. Tentu saja kami tidak ingin tinggal dan melaporkannya langsung di lokasi. Kami dijanjikan akan mendapatkan kembali uang kami, manajer akan menghubungi "segera". Namun, itu tidak terjadi. Sejak itu tidak ada kabar lagi. Tidak ada pengembalian uang, tidak ada bantuan, hanya alasan. Staf mengabaikan kami, tidak menjawab dan malah menertawakan kami. Ini penipuan. Kami akan mengambil tindakan hukum dan menginformasikan kepada Booking. Penipuan semacam itu tidak boleh dibiarkan begitu saja tanpa hukuman. Hemat waktu, uang, dan tenaga Anda dengan memesan tempat lain!
