Kamarnya cukup baik, AC di lantai 5 memang harus dibantu dengan kipas jika tidak terasa dingin. Wifi kadang bisa, kadang tidak. Saluran TV tidak banyak. Sarapannya bisa dibilang tidak terlalu banyak pilihan, hanya ada roti, selai, nasi, 2 menu ikan, sayur, mie, cukup mengganjal di pagi hari. Saat ramai, terkadang jam 9.30 Sudah tidak ada isi ulang dan tinggal sisanya saja. Tersedia teh dan kopi. Parkir mobil hanya 4- 5 mobil, selebihnya di bahu jalan. Lokasi strategis dekat pertokoan dan laundry.

Saya menginap di kamar tipe superior selama beberapa hari. Ukuran kamar sesuai dengan harga. Di dalam kamar ada AC dan kipas angin di langit-langit. Sekilas kamarnya nyaman dan cukup representatif. Tapi setelah saya cek kamar mandi (entah karena banyak tamu atau staf yang kurang) kondisinya kurang bersih. Masih ada sisa-sisa rambut di lantai kamar mandi. Sarang laba-laba juga bisa saya temukan di beberapa sudut kamar (dalam kamar mandi dan dekat AC). Semoga ini bisa menjadi catatan untuk pihak hotel agar dapat meningkatkan kualitasnya yang sudah cukup baik. Lokasi hotel ini strategis, berdekatan dengan Hotel Palmy Exclusive. Ada beberapa warung kelontong dan tepat berseberangan dengan Alfamidi di dekat hotel. Bagi yang ingin mencari makan siang atau malam, harus keluar hotel cukup jauh karna tidak banyak pilihan tempat makan di dekat hotel. Soal tempat parkir, cukup untuk mobil dan motor. Kalau untuk kendaraan agak besar, sepertinya harus parkir di pinggir jalan.

Kamarnya cukup nyaman dengan lokasi yang strategis di dekat pusat kota. Hanya saja, saya mendapatkan kamar dengan wastafel yang "beruntung" dan tidak ada remote TV. Semoga masalah ini segera diperbaiki.

Lokasi strategis di seberang hotel, ada Alfamidi di seberang hotel. Ada juga tempat makan di sekitar. Direkomendasikan bagi yang mencari hotel nyaman dan praktis di Tanjung Redep.
