Lovely staff, great location, good showers, nice low-priced breakfast, you will meet other backpackers... I would have stayed here for longer time if it just was possible. The hostel is also a freediving center so great combination for people interested of that, and if you are not, there's still a 25m pool for swimming. Hostel also offers yoga lessons every evening. There's a possibility to take a pick-up shuttle bus from the hostel to e.g. Padangbai, Ubud, Sanur and Kuta. I do recommend.

Saya menginap selama 3 malam di kamar asrama dengan sesi freediving dan yoga. Lokasinya bagus, pantai indah hanya beberapa langkah, karang, akses ke air untuk snorkeling adalah yang terbaik di Bali Utara. Ada sedikit arus di teluk ini. 2 Malam seminggu bar mengadakan musik (band atau pop rock) sampai jam 11 malam, suasananya nyaman. Temuan luar biasa dengan yoga dan penyelaman bebas dengan pelatih yang memungkinkan Anda untuk maju dengan cepat, cukup untuk sesegera ikan di air (dari pemula hingga profesional). Nyamuk di asrama, saat saya diberitahu ada colokan anti nyamuk. Restoran yang bagus.

Hi, this is a fantastic freediving company. The staff is extremely helpful, the location is fantastic, and there are yoga classes. They offer a variety of freediving courses, starting at level one, writing through to the instructor. The staff are highly experienced freedivers, making it an amazing experience.

The staff was lovely and extremely helpful. The rooms were clean, and its in a great location, perfect for solo travelers, whether they just want to hang out, dive, meet new people, or all of the above. It would be even better if there were more hammocks!.

Saya pergi yoga dengan anak saya. Meskipun saya tidak menghubungi saya tepat waktu melalui WhatsApp atau email, layanan dan layanannya memalukan. I will definitely be back. We spent a week training with yoram in amed and it was amazing. We all got a lot out of the training and hit pbs of 30 m under his coaching. The hostel dorms are really nice and the restaurant serves amazing food. Ocean prana is one of the best freediving centres around due to its size and facilities.

Would definitely stay here again! Beautiful grounds, great rooms, and helpful staff. It can be difficult to go up and down stairs / ladders if you stay on the second floor of the hostel huts, but the bonus is that the top is a bit more private. Recommended to hostels, please offer 50% off yoga to guests staying there. I was planning to go but found the price a bit ridiculous considering i was staying there!.

I am very grateful for this experience! I took an aida 2 course led by yoram and accompanied by hiro. This was a real adventure far from my comfort zone. I was pleasantly surprised and amazed by the patience and attentiveness of yoram during the course. He was able to create a safe space and customize his approach to each student as much as possible. Extremely valuable and uncommon! Highly recommended for anyone looking for highquality freediving training with good people in a nice and comfortable environment!.

The location is good and comfortable. Across the street from the sea so its very easy to get into the water for diving or free diving. There are quite a few dive centers and a good place to be picked up for tours around the area in amed. Friendly staff and clean facilities.

I strongly recommend this freediving school. I participated in two group coaching sessions with yoram as a beginner. Yoram was an outstanding instructor. He was incredibly kind, encouraging, and patient. In addition, he was very clear when he offered feedback on how i could improve my techniques. Under his guidance, i noticed a significant improvement in my abilities. We also thoroughly enjoyed warming up before entering the water.

Ini adalah akomodasi terburuk yang pernah kami alami selama 3 minggu di Indonesia. Kami tidak bisa melihat kamar sebelum membayar penuh dan itu memalukan! Kamarnya kotor, bobrok dan yang terpenting tidak ada AC! Di dalam ruangan sangat panas. Kolam renang hotel berwarna hijau dan rusak. Sarapan tidak tersedia. Kami seharusnya menginap 3 malam tetapi setelah malam pertama yang membawa bencana, kami memutuskan untuk keluar dari tempat tersebut dan mencari tempat lain yang sedikit lebih layak. Kami menemukan satu lagi di sebelah dengan setengah harga! EUR 50 per malam adalah nilai yang bagus untuk kondisi akomodasi!
