Pelayanan staffnya sangat ramah, hotelnya juga sangat baik dimulai dri mau checkin, afernoon tea sampai check out. Semua staff sangat membantu. Pemandangan hotel jg cakep sekali. Cuma memang akses ke kamar agak jauh dan banyak tangga jadi kalo bawa orang tua aksesnya cukup jauh dan agak susah. Tapi overall baguuus bgt. Oh ya makannya juga enak2.Chat performance
