We visited the nearby Marriott and Blue Tea resorts, but they appeared busy and a touch soulless. We took the rough guide's advice from Raja Gardens, and what a wonderful find. Extremely quiet and family-run property in a beautiful, serene garden on a quiet side road. The pool is spacious, and the location is excellent. A short walk to the beach, but also close to some great restaurants. We had the place to ourselves, and we had a great time. The owners and employees were incredibly welcoming and honestly, it was a great decision at a very affordable price. Would definitely suggest the nearby resorts that are twice the price. Without the last night not being our last, we would have stayed longer, but we will return without a doubt.

This is a lovely quiet small hotel that is perfect for some peace and quiet. Great staff and a great location, with a seminar right outside your door. Very comfortable rooms, not got anything, but didn't miss it either. Bed was very comfortable and rooms were large. There was a small fridge in the bedroom, which was handy. Lovely garden ambiance and lovely pool. Lovely small hotel. The staff was very great, friendly, and chatty, and always said hi and helped. The bathroom is semi outside which is fine, but a little more attention should be paid to cleaning insects in high places, etc. Nothing significant and bugs to be expected. The only thing I missed from the room was the safety deposit box, but there was a part in the closet that was locked instead. The hotel's gardens are really nice and well maintained. This hotel feels like a wonderful oasis and is a great spot to relax after a busy day or take a slow day by the pool.

I stayed at Raja Gardens after friend suggested this place to me. The place is close to the action and only a street from the beach at seminar, but the surroundings and rooms are a peaceful and quiet place. The owner did his job very hard to make this hotel a tranquil sanctuary. Loved it

The hotel's gardens are lovely and meticulously kept. This hotel feels like a charming haven and is a wonderful place to rest after a busy day or just unwind by the pool. There isn't much to be done and some bugs are to be anticipated. It's a lovely quiet little hotel that is ideal for some peace. Excellent employees and a fantastic setting with a seminar just outside your door. The rooms were huge and the bed was very comfortable. The bedroom has a small refrigerator, which was useful. Lovely garden atmosphere and a lovely pool. Lovely small motel. The staff was fantastic, welcoming, and chatty, and always said hello and helped. The semi-outdoor bathroom is sufficient, but cleaning bugs in high areas, among other things, requires a little more focus. Nothing major and some bugs to be expected. The only thing I didn't get out of the room was a safety deposit box, but there was a portion locked in the closet. The gardens of the hotel are very nice and well-kept.

Very nice and a short walk to seminar beach and all the fun. The garden is lovely and the pool is one of the biggest I have seen in any resort! We had a great stay, only wish it included breakfast.
